Located very near to main road. They have a shared parking structure. You can purchase authentic Mysoor Sandal from here. There are varieties of sandal products such as, Sandal soap, sandle agarbathis, sandal wood crafts, bronze sculptures, different fragrances that can be used as room freshners etc.. You can also get sandalwood billets and I bought it for 33 rupees per gram. You can also purchase different furnitures, sculptures of hindi Gods etc.. from here. I would say the prices are very high for the products. However they promote the local businesses through this initiative. There will be a sales man at each counter where you can choose your product and they will pack it and provide the bill for you. This bill is then payed at the counter which is present at the very beginning of the shop. Once the bill is paid, they will give you the products.

Located at a conspicuous location near K R Hospital at Mysore, this place is a government approved arts and crafts emporium. There are two more govt approved shops under the same name in Mysore, one inside Mysore palace and other one near Mysore zoo. This place has got huge collection of sandalwood items, channapatna toys, wooden arts, brass items and so more. Shopping from here is comforting as the items are genuine and you'll get a bill against each items. Though the price may be higher than the other outlets throughout the city, originality is assured here. Overall verdict- definitely recommended.

This is a grand shop run by state government in Mysore, Karnataka . Where you can buy original Sandalwood items, antique, soaps at very reasonable rate. As it belongs to the government so, no chances duplicate/ fake sandalwood item ! Worth spending money, that will go to original, needy people ( artists)

Excellent collection. Right on the main road. Lots of products showcasing our state. Bit pricey. Hope they increase their range of products. No current when I went there. Proud to see our state has so much to display. Government should take a active role in supporting and marketing the products

This place is located near main road so parking a 4wheeler is a main concern. Anyways about the shop, this is one of the authentic cavery shop and other is located at Mysore palace. You will find authentic Mysore Sandal soap as well as Authentic sandalwood. Each counter will have sales person which will guide you in every aspects. You will also get shawls made of silk. Good place to visit.
