The first thing that caught my attention was the impressive array of equipment available.
Equipment Maintenance is very good.
Gym offers dedicated spaces for function training.
The atmosphere at the gym is both invigorating and Welcoming.

The gym is well equipped with all the necessary required machinery for workouts.
I personally took personal training with Shyam who is having complete knowledge and explains workouts clearly and gives achievable targets, so far great experience .

Please appoint a sound knowledge trainer so that number of PT clients may increase. After Narendra trainer's replacement no of PT reduced drastically. The same may be noticed.
Required some additional maintenance and equipment specific to legs and back. Please take care of all clients for improvement of the GYM.

Good for beginners and intermediate, here you get help from trainer and receptionist, and they have facility to have steem bath, which good for body after workout.
People come to gym not only for physical relaxation but also for mentally.. I am one of the old client here visited again for rejoining.. I pity on clients who join here for long training especially who opt for personal training.. All the staff are changed with in a short period. Personally found only one familiar face.. I dont what the receptionist girl doing outside without responding for a long time and her way of answer is too arrogant for me.. Except the fee is low...there are many rules and regulations recent times..

The gym is good, all the trainers are nice and are always ready to guide whenever you are in need of guidance, in terms of cleanliness I can give you guarantee that this place is damn clean.
All the trainers are good including general traning name prabhkar Anna and personal trainer Litesh Anna . Gym is very clean . Any time I visit then will accept me in good way . Gym was 24 hrs open. Overall it was excellent.
