I recently joined here. So far my experience is really nice. The couch is very cooperative and amazing.. every One should join this gym if you want to loose those extra fats.... wish to have an amazing body...
It's better to do free-hand at home than joining this overpriced Non-Ac Gym! 1) AC only turned on if the gym is over crowded. Otherwise it's a non-AC gym. The owner might try to convince you otherwise, but trust me it's not. 2) AC's are not maintained, doesn't help even if they are running. 3) All the equipments are old and rusty, it's ok if you're a beginner, but if you plan to lift heavy, there is a high chance of injury. The cable of the cross-over machine gets ripped almost every week and the leg press machine also gets stuck almost regularly. 4) There is NO TOILET in the gym, if you get a nature's call in between you sets, you have to either take it in your pants or on the gym floor. 5) Again the equipments are rusty and you will eventually get a cut from it, get yourself tetanus vaccinated before joining the Gym. Any gym is not complete without a proper instructor. We are blessed to have a knowledgeable instructor who take good care of us during our training. Otherwise also it may be small set up but well equipped

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
