Worst housing experience ever. The noise and utter mismanagement from the landlord is just the worst. The hygiene of the place is also bad because of the constant workers coming in and out without cleaning after they finish. Despite how many complaints you raise they don't listen. I wish I didn't sign my contract with this landlord and in this complex. They just don't listen to you after you sign and you get stuck with your apartment problems.. They don't even want to meet you. Overall the worst housing experience ever and they made my life and my family's life a living hell with all the noise and filth. I raised multiple (more than 10) complaints in their app and they still don't abide by their own rules. Just answering and not fixing anything. Just the worst.
Brand new semi furnished 2 BHKs with state-of-the-art amenities. Builder himself provides furnishing like Fridge, Oven, Washing machine, ACs in Hall and bedrooms, Curtains, Fans etc. Hiranandani society speaks for itself! Note: Though there's provision for piped gas connection, complete setup is not done yet. ETA is 1 month. But might extend too. So folks who are planning to move right now/already moved , will have to arrange a private gas connection temporarily. Update: Piped gas connection is provisioned now. All set!
This is really worst project construction. The flat walls are so thin just a glass is able to fit. No space to rest your arms and see through the window. Kitchen looks like a servant kitchen not suitable for a homemaker.
