Castle Narela Lake Resort - Resort hotel in Chittorgarh, Roop Pura - Chittorgarh, India

Only exterior is good, rooms are not good, location is very lonely and remote, even no mobile signals. When we reached to hotel, no other family, feeling like haunted, no inside safety lock to room door, no proper reception, lo ladies staff at hotel to feel family safe. I had horrible experience and I left the hotel within 2 hrs, after trying hard. My family and even my small kids have raised concerns for safety and asked not feeling safe.

The hotel is very beautiful. The ambience is awesome. Service is promt and perfect.

They sent proper google photos but in reality room is very bad condition ,Ac water comes in the room inside ,In bathroom there is no proper lock from inside overall very bad condition room ,yes outside garden is properly maintained

Great Experience. Awesome Views. Staff Supportive and service also good. Swimming Pool too good. Rooms are also clean. I'll give 5 star because it's inside and also there is no hotel or any other resort are available. Location you loved it. Near Gosunda Dam you also visit there. So if your near Chittorgarh and Gosunda visit this resort with family, friends, your loved ones.

The whole experience was perfect. The stay was memorable. Loved each part of the stay.

Location is a bit secluded away from the city. A good destination for a weekend stay

The hotel has very good view from outside only. Located very far from main road and chittorgarh fort. Nothing is accessible on walking distance. Rooms are in very bad condition. We had to wait for 45 minutes to check-in as rooms were getting cleaned. Even after that the rooms were not cleaned and we had to ask for cleaning it once more. The staff is less and overloaded with work. We had to struggle for the room keys as well as they were not working and later they changed the keys. Food is expensive if looked at the quality. Overall I will not suggest the hotel to anyone.
