We had a very nice experience at Castle Mandawa Hotel. We were received with drinks and the director of the hotel. As we were only staying one night and we arrived a bit later, the pool was closed, but they happily extended the opening times for us, which was grately appreciated. Rooms were very nice, despite it was very hot in the dressing and bathroom areas, the rest was very well climated. For the food, it was lacking a bit, in comparison with the grandeur of the hotel. We were expecting more variety. However, quality was good.
Food quality is not good. No value for money. No variety, no quality of food is available. Hospitality and Service is also bad. Property is good.Cleanliness is also good. Wont recommend it.
Visited only for dinner... Loved the place.. very quiet and serene... We practically had the whole place for ourselves... No other tourists.. although Google maps led us through a wrong route but locals helped
Firstly, the hotel was impossible to find. We spent 30 mins to find the entry point since the front side was under construction. The hotel overall turned out to be underwhelming. Service was average. Nothing extraordinary. But I must say the site was very beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere
This is a Fort & Palace converted to a hotel. It has two parts. One portion has been converted from thr Palace, the other portion is newly constructed and overlooks the pool. Its better to stay in the rooms of the Palace to get an authentic feel. The management is very responsive and courteous. You can get good support from them. Google does not give an accurate location of this place, but leads you to a blind alleyway. It is better to come to Subhash Chowk and come from there. Mandawa is a small town with narrow lanes. Try not to drive within town, its better to walk around or to take an autorickshaw. The hotel arranges a local guide. Taking is guide helps you in going around town. All in all, this hotel is the best place to stay in Mandawa. If you can, rent the suite !!
Yesterday, we were there in the area and visited this heritage fort hotel for future stay. It was wonderful. We saw the rooms, there are good. the overall look is awesome. Planning to stay for sure next time.
What a beautiful royal heritage hotel. Spacious rooms with heritage ambience. U can not miss their tasty food..all items are equally good.
The best experience of royalty you can get at a very reasonable amount. The service the food, the rooms, pool side, bar, souvenir shops. Everything makes you feel like a royal person. Must visit on weekends. The best time to go is during the rainy season and winters. Try local dishes mentioned in the menu.

Beautifully colourful, spacious rooms. Awesome staff who are always available and very accommodating. Make sure to try their restaurant, even if you're not staying here. Surrender is an amazing cook!
We were staying at the hotel next to the restaurant. Everything was magnificent, the attention could not be better and the food was homemade and good. All at a good price.
They serve meat here but we had lovely veggie curries, paneer jalfrezi was exceptional, made medium strength but definitely spicy enough for English tastes. Super friendly staff and they also serve beer.
Tres bien avec une cuisine no spicy. Plat gourmand. Dejeuner a l'etage niveau terrasse. Salle climatisee, service rapide. Boutique vetements dans cet haveli/restaurant. L'entree est tout simplement magnifique. Vous mangerez ici tres bien pour un prix
