Excellent, I stayed there with family for 15 days. It's not a simple Homestay. I would call it a hotel with Homestay features. Stayed in a 2 BHK. Very neat and clean. Spacious rooms and living/dining/kitchen area. Well furnished. Staff very attentive and helpful. Overall an amazing Homestay experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful homestay, and it truly felt like a home. From the warm hospitality to the cozy accommodations , every aspect of my stay was amazing. I stayed in a private room and it was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts were exceptional in every way. They were warm, friendly and made us feel like home. I had the right balance of privacy during my stay. The hosts respected my space and I could unwind and relax without feeling like I was intruding on their home. I would absolutely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting this area or nearby for its hospitality, safety and its value for money.
Castle Brook is a home away from home. We never felt we are staying at a homestay.The ambience and serenity around is just wonderful, no hustle and bustle of the town. The staffs were very hospitable and responded to our calls immediately. The rooms are very clean. And it's just a walkable distance from town, they also provide pick up and drop as we need. We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Brook and we really appreciate the owner and staffs .
Our stay at Castle Brook was excellent , well maintained and neat rooms. Since we were here for ThiruOnam ,they presented us with Onam goodies. Pick up and drop is also there. The staff here are welcoming and are at your service anytime.The location is walkable distance to town. I must say the calm and serene sorrounding is also just great.
Castle Brook is a feel at home place. We stayed here for 6 days and completely enjoyed!!. This is the best homestay in Thiruvalla. The proximity to town railway station is an added advantage.
