Ambience is good, food quality is average.Maximum items are not up to the mark taste wise. It didn't meet my expectations. The service could have been a lot better. Ordered a Pasta and it took them 25 mins to deliver. Food is decent including starters, main course, as well as desserts would prefer some other barbeque restaurants over this restaurant.
Not upto the mark! Went for breakfast buffet. Service is slow, have to wait for every thing. It's good for people who are staying in that hotel, but just going there for having bf buffet is not a great idea.
The atmosphere is good. Starters were not served hot at all. The main course was nice. Lots of vegetarian food options over there. South Indian telengana & Andhra special dishes were available. The salad bar was quite good. I liked the seafood soup. Dessert options were good. However the quality of desserts could have been better.
We visited on sunday evening. Buffet was very small . We waited for 15 mins just for soup bowls. Experience is really bad. They have very different pricing for online bookings. Please check before you book. When we ordered sev puri there is no puri in that. There are hairs in the rice. I would not recommend anyone to go . Pathetic experience.
If you have been to many buffets then this might not feel that good.. the buffet spread is average. The buffet price is 2200+ per person which is not at all worth it..,(but as it is inside a star hotel you gotta pay..) If you book and pay through swiggy dineout you will get 50% off..
Visited on Sunday with family and friends for lunch buffet .. Every item is amazing in terms of flavour and quality... Mango chilli chicken and Fish nuggets are top notch.. Buffet covered all kind of foods ,Live chicken & fish BBQ counter ,6 veg and 6 non veg starters etc... More than 18 varieties of desserts, sweets(baklawa, kaju barfi) etc... Staff are really good at their service... Don't know why people gave negative reviews but its one of the best buffet i had in Hyderabad..
Food was Okay but service was too poor.I have visited it on Nov 21 in a company lunch.They will leave you of your own and no one would attend for taking used plates ,or for finding bowls , spoons, plates or water etc.
the manager there Mr. Saddam was so rude . we kept waiting for 20 mins, and they didn't even offer the menu. we booked the gold offer and he started denying the offer on food and was forcing us to only take buffet. when we asked him for a written term where it is mentioned that it's only offer for buffet he started shouting and was very rude. we have a recording of the same and yet not even a sorry from their end. we were there for about 45 mins and left.
