We were here for an office get together.. Considering its a rooftop it's a great open place. They have an open space + a covered area and since it was raining on the evening, we were seated under the covered space. To our surprise they had leakage and there was water dripping on our heads which is an instant dampener! The starters we had were good BUT the main course was really disappointing especially the veg course. Even the fish curry was awful with the fish so hard we were confused as to what meat we were having. Full marks to the staff though which was the only positive for the evening!

A really nice rooftop lounge with lovely ambience but the service is PATHETIC. Had to search for waiters to take our order for everything from the beginning to the end. Including the bill. I strongly suggest to get the staff increased, Atleast on weekends and train them to be attentive with their tables. Not worth it. Extremely disappointed that I wrote this review waiting for the bill which was provided entirely wrong after a long wait.

It's a really nice roof top lounge pub.. food is great and has a very pleasing ambiance.. very contemporary looking.. atmosphere is terrific and so is the location of the pub.. but very sad crowd.. hardly have anyone over there on a Saturday night.. didn't expect it to be so vacant.. so if you really looking to party with great crowd.. don't think u can find here.. Even the music played is sober.. Saturday night is not what is supposed to be like this here.. please make it move lively..especially since the location is very apt.. getting the party/crowd should not be a concern..

We were here for a coporate dinner for about 70 people. So the ambience, space and setup is pretty well done for that crowd however that was where the positives ended. They provided a sub standard buffet and everyone was disappointed. Some sort of fish starter was provided and it was undercooked , smelled and even tasted raw. The veg starters were the saving grace. Service was very slow and rotis and rice were not provided till almost everyone had finished eating. Desserts were too sweet for my taste and dreadfully no ice cream to cover that though I feel it might have been an issue with menu selection. Had the rest of the food been better we would not have noticed the seriously bad choice is menu as it was not balanced.

I recently visited Casbah, and unfortunately, my experience was not all that satisfactory. The evening I chose to go happened to be when a DJ event was planned, but it was canceled due to rain. Understandably, the absence of a crowd might have contributed to the lackluster atmosphere, but there were several other factors that left much to be desired. Firstly, the ambiance of Casbah did not particularly appeal to me. It lacked the vibrant energy that I had anticipated, which may have been a result of the weather-related cancellation. Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere could use some improvement to create a more inviting and cozy setting. The food, while decent, was disappointingly overpriced. The menu items and their taste and quantity did not quite justify their cost, leaving me somewhat unsatisfied with the value for money. Another drawback was the choice of background music. It didn't seem well-curated and didn't add to the overall dining experience. Music can significantly impact the ambiance of a place, and in this case, it felt like a missed opportunity to enhance the mood. Lastly, I ordered a mocktail called a Shirley Temple, but what I received could hardly be called by that name. It seemed to be a combination of sour and sweet syrups without the refreshing and distinct flavors I associate with a Shirley Temple. This was a letdown in terms of beverage quality. I understand that my visit coincided with unfavorable weather conditions, which may have influenced some of these aspects negatively. Perhaps, on a different day with better weather and a more active crowd, Casbah might offer a more enjoyable experience. However, based on my recent visit, I was left with mixed feelings and a hope that they could make some improvements to their offerings, especially considering the price point.

Good mediterranean food. Good on ambience though feels a bit ignored with old upholstery. Service was like a local shop owners boys who weren't interested in any service. For one, security guards and the service staff didn't know the timings, second refused service saying it's closed while Google says they are open to 3AM.

OMG! Very over rated bar and lounge. The service is horrible. No one to receive the guests, they have to help themselves to find the table and be seated. I frequently visit premium restaurants/bars in India, USA and around the world but the experience here is the worst. Definitively not a good place to take the loved ones. The service people here are unprofessional. I requested to talk to manager to give my honest feedback but he/she never showed up. Usually I don't write reviews unless either it's exceptionally bad or good.

It's on the Level 2 in the Westin Building. The Casbah Lounge access is directly there, better go from there. The food was really good in taste and so does the ambience. Good place to visit with family and kids and play in the open area in front of Casbah.
