Casajuliana - Resort hotel in Siolim - North Goa, India

Casajuliana is a boutique property perched on top of a hill in Siolim. It's quiet, green and very cute. The studio apartments are a bit small but clean and the service is very hospitable. It's a lovely place with very good surrounding and restaurants. Good value deal in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at casa Juliana Rooms are spacious enough and amenities are in good condition like AC, fridge etc. Staff is courteous and helpful Pool is clean and maintained We loved your OLA bike facility, thank you for our electric bike ride. Only thing I want to suggest you that please improve room service. Kitchen staff takes too long for tea coffee or Maggie .. it was every morning thing we waited for atleast 30-40 mins every time. I hope you guys will improve your room service till our next visit in November. I suggest BIG YES for this property.

It's very far from the main center but, very close to North Goa. It's pleasantly quiet here. The rooms are very spacious and clean along with the bathroom. The view outside is also nice. The complaint I have here is there were a lot of insects like ants and cockroaches here. Ants were not that intrusive but if you bring something to eat inside and don't keep it properly ants will find it. The hotel food is tasteless so I recommend you to eat at Navtara which is close by and a vegetarian place. The pool is not that big but, you'll have a good time if you want to take a swim with your friends and family. For cleaning you need to request the staff during the day time. The air conditioner and lighting were perfect. They let us check in early without any hassle and we checked out at 12. They offer transfer service as well from airport. All in all good place to stay with decent prices. But, prices can be better considering what they offer and how far they are from main areas.

Had a very bad experience this time. Mainly when it comes to hospitality. There is no proper response from room service. If we want to order anything to eat even if we call the number which is given in the menu card they ask to call other numbers and its not only ones they did this. When stayed 4 night they told drinking water will be given only on 1st day and other days we need to purchase it where as all other hotels or a service apartment give 2 bottles of water daily. A/C was not getting cooled at 16 degrees also then after complaining they called the a/c repair guy and got it solved. The tap in the bathroom was broken and when operated i hurt my self as the knob fell on my leg. Daily cleaning was not done. Cleaning was done only ones in 4 night stay. A kind request to maintain the property well and give 2 bottles of water everyday to all the guests.

ITS A GOOD PROPERTY WITH AMPLE PARKING AND DECENT SWIMMING POOL. DON'T EXPECT BEACH VIEW OR MOU TAIN VIEW ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF SIOLIM BUT RELATIVELY HYGIENIC AND RECEPTION GUY IS TOO GOOD
