Very next to corporation waste dump yard , too Bad smell , if it rains , if its sunny and if it's not sunny , during day and during night...... water is very acidic and not suitable for household use......
Zero stars. Irresponsible community towards neighbors in the same street as many dog menace from the flats is uncontrolled. These dogs stink the road and cars, create huge noise always in nearby streets at odd times, thorowing stones on street dogs by dog owners, others are unable to walk as the dogs not even tied etc.. Whatever dog walking you want to do, do within your apartments and not on other apartments & create a mess.. If the association doesn't take any strict action on dogs issue within April 2022, next strong complaint will raised to chennai corporation for the menace..
The work is proceeding at a good pace and this flat is surrounded by flats and houses in which people actually live in , in spite of the dumpyard . One side of the flat is the marsh which will be made into a bioreserve ,so lot of breeze and openness Also close to IT corridor and 15 minutes to Madhya Kailash Overall more positives and such a reputed builder
Last week I visited this project next 100 Mm garbage dump yard is there in rainy season you cannot stay one single moment there I don't know how Casa Grand will select this land. casagrand will lose there clients selecting kind of land completely useless land..
Casagrand Esquire located in Perungudi has very modern and spacious homes. I personally feel this the best-priced property in our locality and it is a very peaceful community. This location is easily accessible to OMR IT Corridor, making it easier for me to travel to work.
Inspite of being slightly expensive than its competitors, we were really interested in this project ( It is Casa Grande after all!). But when we visited the site, we were shocked to see the perungudi garbage dump yard at around 500m from the project location (in south west direction). RULED OUT.
Location is bad to invest or live, representative is good but tried pushing so much to go for it when I m not impressed with the location.
Great place to live. IT parks nearby, great restaurants and a world trade center is coming near too.
