It's a gated community where everything is fine. Security, car parking, kids play, swimming pool, sports ground are looking awesome and well maintained.
Do not invest in this property or take flat here for rentals. Looks and everything is fine building quality is worst all flat have cracks and water seepage. Water will be salt water not good for bathing or any purpose for that matter Security is compromised only uniform personnel will be checked others can just walkin thieves with cars are allowed Most importantly working professional and those work from home friend electricity is a major problem though they have a genset everyday power will go off atleast 10-15 times so your net connectivity will be disturbed I have faced all this during my rental agreement and got frustrated inspite of paying a hefty monthly maintenance saved before investing here so carefully research if you think of investing
Poor experience..if you are search rental house..beware..bad smell water . Skin probelm hair loss....poor snd no phone signal.....snake probelm...Owners never return your advance back....Beware....first go and check phone signal...and water smell...poor experience as a Tenant....waste of money..high rent high maintenance..no cctv in floors...in lift some people wrote bad words...its a worst experience

Even one start is very high for the service they provide. All the site staff are not behaving properly. In fact shouting at customers. Car parking is so congested. Construction quality is poor and termite is appearing. Lot of cracks in and outside of the premises. If we complaint they are threatening. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THE ADS. PLEASE.
