Possession given. I started to live here on permanent basis. Beautiful place. Some issues are there but we have to adjust. At least a 2 wheeler is a must.
Project location is nice. Project plan is also good but when they are going to complete it. Every time they extend project completion period. Almost 5 yrs completed. No development in project. Due to some reason wanted to sale flat in this project interested invester can contact mr .mishra on site
I feel talking about this place more & more will make me how mad. Visited just 2days ago, it made me feel of never returning back to the the city life. Nature is gonna take all your focus away from what you are & will direct dump you in a surrounding like this where climate will play all the role to give peace to your mind & soul. Relaxing will be another point of glory. Casa has put all its efforts to make their best ideas come alive. It's really a great project, started way back in 2016, hope to see it complete soon as per their wait, due to this year been wasted into the lockdown... D-Mart is come close on arround a distance of within 1000mtrs from this complex which is a very handy shopping for anyone & everyone who's gonna stay here. Neral Railway station is quite close from this property where travelling becomes an easy experience. I hope all our neighborhood is gis gonna enjoy the view & will really find it difficult to make their minds to go back to the city life. Casa we gonna have fun & a hearty thanks to your huge efforts.
Highly unprofessional staff, inexperienced builder, no visible progress in construction for the past year. Read exit clause and sale agreement thoroughly before signing up, or be prepared to lose your hard earned money. Book flat at your own risk.
Invested in this property more than two years ago and regularly paying the home loan however this property is still under construction and the possession is still not banded over. More over the construction at the site has stopped since more thn 1 year.
