Really enjoyed the stay with my friends, the staffs are so professional and always welcome with their smiles. Had a great breakfast with good varieties of traditional and continental options. It is so close to the river and can go out to the river from the property itself. Overall enjoyed the place.

Arrogant behaviour from the manager of Casa rio hotel .Resort is not properly maintained,here and there tiles have been broken and even we got injured due to that broken tile. Rooms are very congested and we couldn't even breathe there as there was no ventilation at all.Deeply disgusting and suffocating.I Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn't cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from (City) and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried with the manager to get a good and spacious room there but his answer was a big no.He doesn't had a better option there.I stayed in several resorts but this type of an attitude from a manager was for the first time in my life.Definitely wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.didn't like anything. This place was so disgusting.Horrible customer service especially by the man who himself introduced as manager,worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

One of the best resorts ever stayed . It's was nearly 8pm when we reached Athirapalli and couldn't find good resorts we also had 15 months baby with us. Even rooms were full here but still they provided us a room in one of their villa type rooms. It was an amazing experience excellent rooms and food cost was also reasonable. The staffs were were kind and readily available. They also help you with baby food. Great experience we enjoyed a lot even my little one had a great time. Must visit highly recommended resort

Nice huge property , clean , and green ...the food is very good , staff is very courteous, nice swimming pool, the hotel has a river access...very nearby to the athirapilly waterfall...

One of the best properties to stay if you are around this place. Rooms are impeccable, staff is friendly and most important property has only 9 cottages. Property itself has plantations and offers you solace and a peaceful serene view ! Must stay recommendations !

However, during peak hours, the breakfast area did tend to get a bit congested, which was the only minor inconvenience we encountered during our stay. We found ourselves spending a lot of time by the riverside, especially during late nights. The experience was magical and added an extra dimension to our stay. This is an excellent property. Close to the falls. Staff is cordial and helpful. Food can be better. Their proximity to the river side is a highlight.
