All went well until we stepped in, below are my personal pointers that i want to highlight, hope the management take this in a positive manner and work on the serious gaps faced by many there including me and my Family. Improvement areas: 1. 'Air conditioner to be fixed' so that the room can be utilised who need it and half the crowd can be managed with less wait time, we were not allowed in AC room, though it was told by us that, we will manage with wall fan, gently responded by the Manager that it will cause discomfort, which we appreciated since he cared, the front facing dining area was crowded due to which there was a wait time of around 20 mins or so. 2. 'Customer table to be attended on time for taking order' to keep in mind that this should not happen as we already dealt with the wait time to get a table in place. After several waving and calling, a main Hindi guy came who is normally handling the order it seems, and no one else. Fun part is, we already decided the menu which was available online and came to the place so that things can be real quick. We ordered a non-veg platter, he said it will take around 20 mins or so, so, he suggested to take some lighter stuff like soup etc which can be delivered quickly, we ordered a veg sweet corn soup to kick start until the platter arrives. 3. 'Food to be delivered on time as promised' Where is the soup that was supposed to come in early??! now the soup arrival time has almost reached the 20mins of platter time, we started getting a thought that they are increasing their order in this manner by suggesting to add additional stuffs at start (like soup here). Several attempts to call the Hindi guy was failed since he do not even have the time to slightly turn his head as he is busy taking order from other customers. (actually, turns his head sometimes and gives a smile and goes away). Native Manager who was also busy running finally thought of stopping and addressed our concern, we clearly said that, soup will not be accepted if it is coming along with platter, he went in to the kitchen area and quickly brought in the soup. Although irritated, still we said thank you to the gesture he showed. He in return said something "we cant even accept customers' thank you, instead have to say Sorry in return". 4. 'Food quality and its freshness to be worked upon' whole platter felt as if it was refrigerated earlier and then served 5. 'Re-ordering is out of question due to non-attendance and time taken' 6. 'No Dessert' 7. 'Staff Management section to be looked after seriously' 8. 'Handling of Angry customers' We saw a large group of aged people (felt like an old batch get together) who from past 1 hour was sitting idle, all that they got was a bottle of thumps up and water bottle, to their nightmare, Manager came and told after 1 hour that the item they ordered have stocked out, they immediately left yelling and by complaining on the management. This is bound to happen with the way things are going on. 9. 'Proper billing' There was this unsealed water bottle which was opened and used by us, i did not realise during billing time, was later found the missing item when we left, i seriously did not think of coming back and paying due to the spoiled mood. Why is that the items are not tracked and billed us in actual??! Note: 1. Parking is really limited, maximum 3-4 cars, don't know where two wheelers can be parked, can be slightly adjusted somewhere. 2. Pictures are attached for reference (food looks yum only in the pictures ) 3. *****My 2 star rating goes only for all staffs' behaviour there including Manager's (hoping he is the Manager), surrounding was so chaotic, still all were calm with a smile on their face, but unfortunately that isn't helping much. 4. *****Local guides/ reviewers, please be true to your review/ rating which you put across, don't just enter based on emotions, this is misleading others who are dependent on ratings and want to try out different places. Big Question is: Is this on a daily basis or was yesterday (23rd Apr '23) an exception??!

I visited here with my friends and ordered Hyderabad biriyani,juices, icecreams and shakes.but Hyderabad biryani had not reached our expectations.icecreams and shakes were tasty but juices was not good.try to order other options on the menu. Have a big parking for vehicles at front and ambience is good with. Good service provided by staffs. All types of online payment options are available and debit and credit card also accepted.

We had a very good experience at Casa Rasa. It was a treat for our 7 year kiddo and she was super happy. Good ambience. Good service. Good food. Neat and tidy. Will go back again someday to try other delicacies as well.

Off the main highway, ample parking space. But service needs improvement. We were in the 'family area' , which is quite a big space with just one working air conditioner, the whole area was very warm. It took quite some time for them to come and take the order, the food also came late, which was already mentioned beforehand. We had cream of mushroom soup and the non veg mix platter. The soup was OK, but the non veg platter was a total disappointment. It was cold and kebabs were tasting more like egg omlete rather than meat. The place certainly lack coordination, as we could see a family leaving the restaurant because nobody was coming and taking orders. Would not visit the place again .

Average taste. The cream of chicken soup was a disaster- tasted more like oats. Service is good. High priced. Wouldn't recommend.

I Visited the restaurant yesterday(21/01/2021). Spacious interior welcomes you first. Staff behaviour was good. I ordered beef mandi for take away. They serve very tasty mandhi. The parcel was having enough rice, good amount of meat and salad for a person as i had ordered quarter beef mandhi which cost about Rs.200. Mayonnaise and tomato sauce was less in quantity. Even after keeping it for 3 hrs untouched, rice was still hot. Those who love mandhi should try this restaurant. You have enough parking area infront of the restaurant.

Had ordered food from here for about 20 ppl . Only Non Veg. I mean who eats veg in Kerala and one dont expect much of Veg around these parts . Food was good , tasty and delicious . Was take away so cant comment on dining. Neatly packed . On the highway side , big parking airy, open and ambient . And one has many options of similar hotels in and around highway in these area .
