Casa Orchid - Resort hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

Pros: 1. Definitely the best budget friendly hotel I have ever came across till now 2. Service was excellent. They changed the room immediately when I informed them that the AC unit was not working in the allocated room 3. Parking was available but cramped. I haven't faced any issue since I visited on a week day but will definitely be a hassle to park on weekends Cons: 1. A teeny tiny cleanliness improvement is needed. Bathroom was dirty as if someone had just checked out and they forgot to clean it, lot of settled dust with cobwebs here and there, bath towels didn't smell fresh 2. No in-house dining. Need to go out for having food which I personally felt as a issue since there was heavy rain when I visited Overall, would definitely recommend for someone who is looking for a budget friendly option and would definitely consider if needed in future

We enjoyed our one night stay in Casa Orchid. The location of this place is right in the middle of town so everything is easily accessible at walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. The AC was working fine and our stay was very comfortable. The environment was cosy and peaceful. There is also a small seating place outside the room with chairs and a small table. Limited Parking is also available. The property is well maintained. Food is not served here however good restaurants are available nearby. Staff is also kind and helpful. Decently priced for the room.

So good given the price. Club rooms are spacious and the entire place is clean and well maintained. Very good location, public transport is available just outside the hotel. Main city, big temples, boating/finishing point, Alappuzha beach are all within 2-5 kms.

it's a small and decent hotel. The location is good and the staff is polite and their behavior is quite supportive. They gave us good amenities and room conditions are good and well maintained. I will give 10/10. Nothing. But if they can start a restaurant in their premises that will be value added in their services.

We had a short family vacation to Alleppey, our stay was with Casa Orchid, I can give 100 out of 100. Rooms were well maintained neat and tidy, AC is working well unlike others, toilets are clean with 24 hours hot water provision, they had a parking facility and it's located in centre of the City. Food, beach and house boats are nearby just about 2 to 3 kms away. Totally awesome and worth for money. Special kudos to the Srijith and Ashwin receptionist, they are wonderful towards their service

This is a super nice hotel, the bed and rooms are comfortable and clean. The shampoo and body wash they use is aloe vera and it's very good for the hair!. This is a must if you're a traveler who wants to be calm and enjoy in the room. Also, there are several commerces next to the hotel

Hardly do we come across stays that tick every box and Casa Orchid was one such unique stay. The location was easily accessible with proper road frontage but once we enter, we forgot that we are in the city; thanks to the ambience and awesome room. About the room, it was small but sufficlt spacious with all basic amenities. The Alexa inside the room made the stay musically beautiful. Casa Orchid will be the right choice if you're on a budget but wants a beautiful comfy stay. Highly Recommend!
