Casa Lake View Resort Wayanad - Resort hotel in Kalpetta, Thrikkaipatta part - Wayanad, India

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room, we could view the karapuzha dam and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful.I must say the location of the resort is at best place

We had an amazing time at the resort with my family. All the rooms have a lake view. The view from the balcony was amazing. They have maintained the swimming pool very neatly with the amazing view. Nice interior with hygienic bathrooms and other facilities. The food that they have given was very nice and yummy. Everything was perfect . Can't wait to visit again!

PROS: 1. The view from hotel is amazing. Thats the only USP of this hotel. Actually its very good if don't want to travel around just want to sit and relax. Cons: 1. outside of city, you lose out on proximity of finding taxi, food etc. You are stuck in that location basically. 2. Food is below average considering the price. 3. No Gym 4. No heated swimming pool. 5. No drinks. 6. Rooms are okayish. Conclusion : Take this hotel if you have own personal vehicle. We didn't had so to find taxi, auto was difficult. View from hotel is best and worth staying if you are okay to compromise on average food considering the costly stay.

Nice place to enjoy your holidays with friends and family. The hospitality they provide is excellent. The view from the rooms to the water body is a scene that will stay with us for a long time.

Ambiance is superb. The Sunrise view in the early morning is really good. No flexibility in swapping the food items in the menu though they are already making it for other customers.I have to experience the Worst dinner ever during my stay here. Need to improve a lot in food and customer satisfaction/flexibility.

We can say if customer service is very poor, very bad service. Actually there is no customer service here. We also came here after looking these good comments, but i think these commentators are experiencing resorts for the first time. To be frank it is just a homestay where they provide Ac in the room and a pool. We value this homestays are Only for Rs1000.. Please stay away if you are looking a good resort and vibes. I have experienced many resorts and hotels across kerala and i expected after looking your reviews, will be a better place to experience. But badly it was a fault to select your homestay ( named as casa lake resort ). To be frank it is a homestay type resort (not a resort, but named as resort). You can ask your staff that your staff actually cleaned our room after we arrived there (there is paint waste infront of the main door and inside also). And if there is any need, we have to go to their reception because there is no phone and i just remember one thing that after asking an extra bath towel, they just throw from ground floor to first floor. Is this you are telling customer service. I wont repeat my mistake by coming there and i will tell everyone that there is no quality for 4000..it is just a homestay where we can value for 1000 bugs only. They offer play room there and it was nill actually. You can provide services for your charge. But cant charge for your offers... Review is the last option If you are the owner, just care your property or it will be a curse because customer's money has the value of their hardwork. No one desire to pay for nothing. Thank you

A lovely resort set in a beautiful location with such a breathtaking view. Had a wonderful time with family especially at the pool side which was well maintained. The staffs were very friendly and ensured that our stay was a memorable one. Highly recommended.
