Casa Laguna - Guest house in Panaji - North Goa, India

We had booked the stay for two nights. The staff is pretty nice. Rooms were a problem. The first night our room AC wasn't working, shifted us to another room and it still wasn't working there. There are lizards in the room. Then we got to another room, which was better, the AC was working but still lizards there. They don't provide you with mineral water and the water kept seemed quite old. The cleanliness of the room is pretty bad. No one cleaned our room while we were out. Swimming pool chlorine level was pretty high.

Excellent Rooms with a romantic view from it, the lake front view is so mesmerizing and the one Con about it is Service, don't why, but when we asked for a room service, they took long time to clean the room. the staff are so efficient to work, yet,they are so friendly in nature and easy to help any problem. The rooms a big in size and cozy. Locating Hotel is a bit on hard side, no sign board to display the property. But with the reference of the images one can easily locate it.

Nice and clean rooms. Very quiet and peaceful location. There is no restaurant in the hotel or within walking distance. KFC and some small restaurants are 10 minutes walk. Not wasy to get a taxi or auto rickshaw. Some of the bilanes are ruled by stray dogs. As many as 8 dogs can be seen barking at people entering the street. The dogs also pounce on bikers. If you happened to be in that situation, don't RUN. Stay calm and walk.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel with family. This turned out to be a new property. Had a wonderful experience. Staff was welcoming and really helpful. Hotel has a Common pantry just incase you would like to prepare something. Car parking space is quite limited however we were able to park inside the compound itself :) Thanks to the security and people at the reception for your excellent hospitality. There is a mall nearby just incase you are looking for food options or call the nearby restaurant for delivery.

Very Comfortable and Close to the bus stop, mall, and best is the beach is just 700 meters from the property. Super clean and value for money. I will definitely suggest this place to my friends. I've booked it again in October. Beautiful view of Lake as well.

Amazing location. Very peaceful and traditional goan architecture around. A nice view of the pond from the room. But the pond needs to be cleaned regularly. Just bit dirty. And should provide some refreshments (Tea,Coffee,Snacks).Overall a recommended place.

Quiet and peaceful location. Hope it stays this way. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Infrastructure is good and well maintained. Even if they charged for WiFi and a simple breakfast that would make the picture perfect. Liked the place so much that ended up staying 10 days.

Only staff was alright no facility no mineral water. no food. Stinky lake outside. Dirty rooms. Uncomfortable mattress. Small rooms. Stinky bathroom. All reviews about them seem to be fake. We spent 700rs everyday for breakfast. The booking with breakfast is not possible as they don't have clean drinking water. Won't recommend at all
