A good option for budget hotel. It is located in between Calangute and Candolim with easy access to the beaches and forts. The room is spacious enough and has the basic amenities. But the room and the property overall can be maintained better. The lights and air conditioning in the room can be improved/replaced. Overall a nice place for a short stay.
We, group of 4 had stayed at this hotel from 24th Feb to 26th Feb 2018. We had booked two delux rooms. The rooms and washrooms were well maintained and clean. They provide clean bath towels and 24 hour hot water. The room had an lcd TV, a small refrigerator, AC, two chairs, a table, two door cupboard and a nice balacony. Mr.Abhijith care taker of this hotel is a welcoming guy.He was always ready to extend his help. He had arranged us the rented scooters to roam around in Goa, and also the taxis. On the negative side , this hotel doesn't provide complementary packaged water. They just fill water in the jug provided at the room. I felt that could be improved from their side by giving a complimentary bottle of water, a coffee maker would make it further better. Considering the price range, these negatives can be neglected and Overall it was a great stay!! Special thanks to Mr.Abhijith for his hospitality!! Cheers
We have stayed mid September. Room is spacious, Big balcony, clean furniture. Ideal for family or couple. Location is good. Communication is OK. They provide bike, car on rent basis. They don't have restaurant but food can be ordered. Tea served round the clock. I don't found any reason but to give 5 stars. Is it possible to install a lift...?
Located in middle of Candolim and Calangute, Casa La Vie is ideal to explore the north Goa and still stay close to Panaji. The property is a serviced apartment with ample parking for two-wheelers. Four wheelers can park can park just right outside and it is a not a problem. We opted for Deluxe AC room and it was spacious. The bathroom was clean as well. Lighting was an issue - dull and boring. Both AC and fan were working but both were noisy and that disturbed our sleep. Cleanliness can be improved in the stairway. There's a good balcony, but lacks option to dry clothes. Otherwise it is a bang for the bucks. It is also located close to ample veg restaurants like Dosa Plaza and Kailash Parabat.
Excellent place to stay. Big rooms,clean washrooms and balcony. Beach is near and walkable. Calangute main beach is around 3-4 kms away. Plenty of food options nearby. It's a brilliant place for dog lovers. The hotel has a dog named Jojo. And he is a sweetheart.
The room where we stayed was really large. Actually it can be said as a 2 BHK flat kind of. Price was 4000 + but was very good... Can be very good for even 4+ ppl also. It had 2 rooms . 1 bed room where 2 queen size bed was there and a dinning cum hall. In the hall itself a queen bed, dinning table, sofa was there.
Great staff, prompt service and always willing to help you, no bad moments here at all. Abhijeet along with two of his staff members are just best. Room sizes are just enormous for the pricing around 300sft including the balcony. Strategic location easily reachable to most of north goan beaches. If you are a party animal, this is at the perfect spot. Lpk, sinq, cubana, mambos all within 15-20 mins driving distance. Beach is at a walking distance.
It was a really good and comfortable stay. The shower fittings were easily operable by senior citizens. The pool location had a great view ensconced with greenery all around. Our balcony was overlooking a quaint little cottage with a well.

1 star deducted for poor plumbings in bathrooms. chokups happens in bath area most of the times. Also electricity cut happens sometimes and for a generator to change it takes a min which is ok. And AC gets tripped sometimes. This hotel deserves 3.5 b
