Good place for a weekend. Has indoor games and dining. Kitchen is pure vegetarian,but they'll arrange non-veg from a tie-up restaurant and will be delivered in room, little costly but doable for non-veg eaters. Swimming pool is considerably smaller and common for all guests in hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and has decent ambience. Kids will love the stay if you are with family.

One of the best stays. Haven't seen such hospitality in months. The place has great view, everything's in order. Garden, interior etc are well maintained. Every corner has wifi. Rooms are neat and there's no odour and stains anywhere. Customers are provided with quality breakfast for free. Hospitality by staff is really appreciable. Overall, this is a hotel of its kind. Highly recommended.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment my partner and I arrived at the reception, we were greeted by local people who seemed intent on harassing us. The behavior exhibited by the staff and these locals was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. One of the major issues we encountered was that the hotel seemed to have no control over the local individuals who were loitering around the reception area. Instead of providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests, these individuals seemed to relish in causing discomfort and harassment. It was evident that the hotel did not prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. The behavior of the staff was also appalling. They made no effort to intervene or address the situation, leaving us feeling helpless and vulnerable. We repeatedly brought the issue to the attention of the reception, but they seemed indifferent to our concerns. Their lack of action only further exacerbated the distressing experience we were subjected to. As paying customers, we expected a certain level of professionalism and respect from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, Hotel failed miserably in this regard. It is unacceptable for a hotel to allow its guests to be harassed and for its own staff to display such indifference towards their customers' well-being. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel unless you want to endure a nightmare of a stay. The unprofessional behavior of the staff, coupled with the lack of control over local individuals who harass guests, creates an environment that is anything but welcoming. It is regrettable that such a hotel exists, tarnishing the reputation of the hospitality industry as a whole. I hope that management takes these criticisms seriously and implements the necessary changes to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests. It is crucial for them to address the issue of harassment and train their staff to handle such situations professionally. Until significant improvements are made, I strongly urge potential guests to consider alternative accommodations to avoid the distressing experience we had to endure at Hotel.

The hotel is good but we booked with breakfast complimentary but they charged us for it as it was served in the room. to avail of free breakfast you need to come down and eat... WHAT!!! and the staff kept on asking money 1200/- for additional things like small room decoration.

Don't ever go there. They will charge you like other hotels in the city but inconvenience is manifold times in this hotel First location is pathetic, I won't get anything nearby, not even autos Second they charge too much as compared to the room condition, cost of stay in this hotel should be around 600-700 or at max it should not cross 1000rs They won't even provide water bottle on weekdays Yes the hospitality is great but that u can get in any house of Indian village , right? What we want is facilities which are absent here In breakfast we were given only one dish and yeah there is no buffay Food is good but overpriced My suggestion is don't do there, instead go for hotels in city like the adarsh which will charge you almost the same on weekends but will give exceptional comfort and hospitality. Even after reading this you have decided to stay here then don't hire the cab or auto for site visit given by the hotel staff,they will charge you costly as compared to standard rates.

Hotel is simply amazing for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious and clean but they can keep a kettle which is missing.The pool and the lawn is well maintained giving you a placid experience.Enough parking space.The staff is very courteous and helpful. Outside food is allowed and they are also well equipped with few games.Overall a great experience ...Highly recommended!!!

Yes I heard the name of this hotel before booking and visiting lonavala i am happy to stay here . On the day i visited here first the hotel is far from railway station as you need a uto of 250 rs from one side. Also they don't have any good views from the hotel The worst and bad thing is that there is an express highway just behind the hotel and whole day we get disturbed by the hours and vehicle sounds and so bad we feel in night. The hotel management is so bad staff is full of attitude and not helpfull waiters are like you had to three time to them to give some stuff I ordered empty glass they had you had extra glass we place two but they two are dirty so i asked and they say no . I asked for a spoon and glass they said we already said no means no this is behaviour of waiter . On checkout they don't come in room for luggage so we had to carry them from first floor they don't had lift . We want to stay there for two three days but we checked out in one day . Food is not good and tasty here. At breakfast they are serving Puri sabji that they had to serve for lunch as I asked they said this is the only breakfast if you want any thing so you had to order . Waiter are only listening to person you looks rich and giving tip on every work .
