We had an excellent stay here . Clean, tidy rooms with a superb home cooked breakfast each morning . The highlight of this homestay however, is the fantastic hospitality of Edvin and his wife. They made our stay there very special and helped us with any questions we had. They organised a stay on a houseboat for us too. If we are ever back in Alleppey we will be sure to stay with them again.

The best Homestay I've ever experienced so far. The hosts were so welcoming and arranged delicious south indian breakfast for us when we reached. Uncle arranged for our Day Houseboat ride and moreover, he and his daughter dropped us in their private vehicles till the pickup point of houseboat. If we ever go back, we're definitely staying there again!!

We stayed at Casa Evelyn sea side Inn on the 15th of Feb. Never felt more at home at any other place. Both the rooms are spacious, clean, and very tastefully done. Can easily accomodate 3 people in each room. We got to have authentic Kerala breakfast. Uncle and Evelyn treated us like family, helped and guided us in every way possible. Uncle also got us a very good deal with the houseboat people. We have visited quite a few places in Kerala but this one will always be special and close to our heart due to the hospitality we recieved. So, thank you so much to Evelyn, uncle,and aunty got such a memorable stay. PS: the cutest doggo in the world, Lia will be there to greet you.

I like this homestay due to following reasons. Pros which I personally liked about this homestay: 1. Room has every facility like Air conditioning, double bed, table, Electrical water geyser, mobile charging points, bathroom soap, towels, small balcony, WI-FI internet. 2. Host Uncle Edwin is very kind and good person and always try to help his guests whenever required. 3. Complimentary tasty breakfast served by Uncle Edwin and he is always ready to provide you drinking water as much you required. 4. Area is salient and many birds around his home which give bird sanctuary feeling when you sits in balcony. Cons and Area of Improvement : 1. Room size is small as per my expectation. 2. They do not mirror in the room. (Bathroom has mirror) 3. No cupboard for keeping luggage. 4. Checkout time is not flexible since he has full booking for his homestay. 5. Lunch and dinner is not available in this homestay so you have depends upon nearby restaurants. ( We had our lunch and dinner at restaurant "Cochin Majlis" and try this. It is good for Non-veg food. )

A very beautiful, warm and cozy house to stay in Alleppey. The hosts, Uncle Edward and his wife are very sweet and welcoming. The place is conveniently located near the beach. Rooms are neat clean with good air-conditioning and also with a small balcony with seating. Recommended.

If you are planning to stay in Alleppey, don't think twice before booking this homestay. It really is a "Home"stay. Feels serene to be there. It is a beautiful house. Very clean and good rooms. Beach is at walking distance. Everything about this place will make you not leave this place. But the best of all are the people. So courteous, so humble, so helpful and so understanding. I have visited a lot of areas and met numerous people owning a homestay. I can confidently say that this was one of the best experience I had at a stay. Naveen and the family are very welcoming. Lea is another cherry on the cake Note to remember: do have the sambhar vada in the morning. It is delicious.

We found the place randomly whilst looking for a room on a quiet road and it did not disappoint. The place is clean, the internet and the facilities all work well and to top it off it has a nice little balcony to relax on. It's also walking distance to our next favourite place in alleppey which is harbour restaurant. All in all we really liked the room and the hosts

Don't think and just book the place. Perfect location where Alleppey beach is just 2 min away. You can spend evenings on the beach. Homestay is very descent perfect for couples and families. Edwin uncle was very nice, booked us shikara boat tour. Room condition was very good with all needed amenities provided for a descent stay. Nanni tours is 2min away where you can rent a bike for couple of days at reasonable rates. I would stay here again if I were to visit Alleppey in future.
