it was nothing short of a magical experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The resort itself is a hidden gem nestled in the midst of nature. The lush green surroundings, serene atmosphere, and breathtaking views of the [mountains/lake/forest] were a treat for the soul. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Highly recommend. The hospitality of the resort is excellent. All the staff actually treat their guests like family. We asked for doctor for kid and they made him available even during the bad weather. The property is also very nice with good ambience as well as cleanliness and great view of the mountains.

It is one of the best resort in Mukhteshwar - View from the property, room, play area for kids, Spa, hospitality all is beyond expectation. Staff is very humble and take good care of there guests. I have visited twice with different group of 15- 20 people in my visits. everyone liked the property.

Staffs are so friendly.. they treated their customers like their own family members. Foods are also amazing there. Room is also spacious and wonderful. If u wanna come and enjoy your trip u can definitely book this resort.

I had visited here in May 23 and my experience for this resort is terrible. They made many promises before reaching there but all in vein. Rooms are just ok, some part is under construction and risky for the childrens. Their only concentration on that day was on the party that they are hosting that day so the hotel was full of noise that day, no peace and no services and no staff was there for normal guest. Their staff is I'll mannered, that can say anything to any guest. They spoil my mukteshwar journey. Not recommended.

From location to hospitality, everything was spot on. Must take two names - Ishita and Shefali made sure each one of us are well taken care off. Will recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the lap of nature and explore. Will visit again.

My experience with casa dream have been wonderful. The service is really fast and the staff is extremely kind. The play area is great for kids as well as adults. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and come with a mesmerizing view of the mountain range. My trip to Mukteshwar have been thrilling and enjoyable and casa dream have been an major part of it.

It was my first trip to mukteshwar & i would say it was really an amazing trip. Now to start with casa dreams, its a very huge property nestled far from the hustle & bustle of the city & one can directly have a view of himalayas from the mountain view room. To start with owner Mrs. Eshita she is very humble & looks after the care & requirements of guests very personally. Then Mr. Joshi (manager) a cool & calm person who assisted & guided us properly for the city tour, as with kids we were not aware where to go or not as it was raining partially. Then the captain of kitchen Mr. Dinesh a nice person who served every meal personally & took specail care of our food requirement. To conclude the entire team was very helpful, courteous, cooperative & friendly My family had an amazing, fabulous & wonderful stay their resort Will surely recommend to family & friends for the stay.
