Attended a kitty party today Service was pathetic No proper serving Tasteless food And breads were so pathetic that even animals will not eat such breads. Even after complaining many time there was no proper response. We didn't expect this kind of service with a hotel as reputed as CASA Divine I think they should change their name from Casa Divine to Gutter Divine
Visited their restaurant recently. The food and service is good. But it is very expensive. On top of that, they charge 7.5% service charge also. The food tastes similar as Boston. It is better to go there than coming here.
The place was jam packed on Saturday night. The ambience is premium. The food pricing is way too pocket friendly which seems surprising at first given the superlative ambience.The food quality is beyond any explanation"winner in every aspect ". The staff service is polite and friendly
The place is not that much good the food also not that much delicious but they might have used the left over of a recepie You can visit once but go to other place avoid as too much mosqitoes also.
It was a great hotel, bang near the ICAI Bhawan on Pilbhit bypass road. Airport is also nearby,just a few kms and so is Banke Bihari Lal temple and Pashupatinath Temple. Deenanath Lassi, which is most famous, is also not far away. The rooms are quite spacious and luxurious. The restaurant is also good, they provided without onion and garlic options too, which was good.
I went there for breakfast and I ordered chole kulcha and dosa from the menu but they don't have both the items then I ordered different item and asked for the bill . I was in hurry so I didn't checked the bill.but when I reached home I checked the bill and find out they were charging extra amt then I called them(Mr .Rajesh) and ask for refund first of all they deny then after showing bill on WhatsApp they accepted but not send money on gpay or Paytm They ask for coming and take the amt. I live far away from the restaurant So I am not able to come again for the amt. But the restaurant staff don't understand the situation and ask me to came to the restaurant.
