Our first of many orders to come the chevre style snowflake was so light and flavorful, I'd find it hard not to indulge in this daily! The feta is a wonderful, fresh addition to the Greek salad I eat everyday. These cheeses are completely free of preservatives so its a good idea to consume them within a few days. Given the superb quality and timely delivery, Casa Del Cheese is going to be a staple in our home. Makes meal prepping for the week so much easier.

Feta cheese is just amazing , I tried it with some strawberries and grapes. The combination of the feta with the fruits are just amazing, like it also tastes good with the crackers, and some condiment collection which Casa Del Cheese has in their store. one can have feta with raw vegetable salads and with some fruits like strawberries, lichi, grapes, kiwi, etc. Like I can imagine the taste still on my taste buds..

Absolutely fabulous artisanal cheeses! Have already tried their Basil and Black Pepper Snowcake and the Farmer's Cheese (goes so well with wine) And the Feta pairs brilliantly with salads They should start a monthly subscription for the cheese!

Loved the cheese, like always, Ive tried Chevre and Feta... Great in taste and texture. I think they are the only Artisanal cheese makers in Mumbai.. If you havent tried it yet. Please do...

She is so good with making and teaching them, loved trying all the different cheeses she offered, the gouda cheese making class was fun and very informative, was totally worth it, i would definitely want to learn more.

Enjoyed every minute in the class. One must learn from her as she is very informative and well versed with many many cheeses which I haven't heard of. He cheese table created by her was outstanding. Thank you
