Casa De Silver, Goa - Cottage in Baga - North Goa, India

I stayed here for 2 days ....appreciated staff is good Hotel is good very co operative Everyone are so kind and humble ..u guys can book it without any worries they came to pick drop till my spot room service also good each of them makes us feel safe and home .....thanks Casa De Silver for the lovely service ....

Hotel exterior is very bad and all damaged. It's not the same as seen in google photos. The photos are edited. Extreme noisy till 3AM. Restaurant services was terrible poor, food quality was extremely bad, we went to have complementary breakfast, all foods were with bees, tables and chair was filled with left over food. VERY DISAPPOINTED, STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not good. There arec cockroaches in the room. For coffee powder or soap or water bottle you have to call them atleast 3 to 4 times and still you may not get it on the same day. 20 rupees Water bottle 1 ltr was charged 50 rupees. No 4 wheeler parking, pay parking charges 200 rupees for 6 hours. Food is very very expensive.

Food is too expensive & poor service & coming to the room it is not clean no proper hot water & while cleaning the room they have throughout my valuable items. Not worthy to the price, please dont book the hotel by looking into photos.

Stayed here for two days. This mini resort is located on Baga Beach and has wooden cottages. The cottage was well-maintained, spacious and clean. The service is a little slow. The rate was good. Being on Baga Beach and near to titos lane, it is ideal for those who want to explore Baga nightlife, beach and market. The main disadvantage is that they do not have parking space for cars, you have to spend 400 rs for 24 hrs at the panchayat parking place near the resort.

My experience with Casa de Silver was highly disappointing and frustrating. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that our check-in was denied, and the hotel or MMT by l had not bothered to inform us in advance. This lack of communication was a major inconvenience and put a damper on our travel plans right from the start. To make matters worse, I've been having trouble with MMT (MakeMyTrip) regarding a refund. They are insisting on hotel confirmation before processing the refund, which seems unnecessary and only adds to the hassle. What's infuriating is that the hotel culprit manager (Manoranjan) who knowingly canceled, claims MMT asked for the cancellation, while MMT insists they did no such thing. This back-and-forth only adds to the frustration and confusion, and it's evident that the two parties are not on the same page.

The hotel location is only saviour point as it's almost on the beach. Partial sea view room is a scam. You need to come out of the room to see a tiny glimpse of the sea. Lots of small cockroach in bathrooms. Beds are in dire condition and make great sound effect even with simply turning over. Food is highly overpriced and tasteless. Please don't order any Goan speciality dishes. Their cook really not aware of Goan recipes and taste. They served Goan fish curry almost like soup consistency with coarsely chopped onions and capcicum :( King fish fry is another scam... 2 small slices of 2-3 millimetres thickness and priced Rs. 700 + taxes extra. Breakfast is average and can be tried considering not many options around early in the day.

I have stayed here two times.. once in sea view cottage and now in garden view cottage.. both were clean.. no damp smell when compared to other hotel cottages ... clean washroom and clean room, clean bedsheet and clean towels...rooms smell too good... nice view of Baga beach... at night it was kind of loud due to party going on in beach but that was ok for us... one star less just for their complementary brkfast... plz improve this... plz don't serve all the items fried together like aloo bonda and chhole bhature... no juice served in brkfast... plz keep atleast one healthy item.. overall stay was comfortable...next time definitely will stay here when in North goa
