Casa De Kihim - Cottage rental in Alibag, Kihim - Raigad, India

Has been to this property for a one night stay with my family. Really loved the property as it was well maintained with lush green plants and trees around. The chalets were beautiful and independent, they had hammocks, tables and a playing area around in case you are going in groups however, I felt the rooms were a bit small for the charges. The property had food prepared by localities hence we enjoyed the local cuisine. Do have the local sea-food over the regular-stuff that we eat in cities. The order has to be placed atleast 2 hours in advance as it is all prepared freshly. The property has a decent size swimming pool and ample parking space. Best part is that the beach is just 2 mins away and feels like a private one. Great to watch sunsets and soak up some sun. Overall a very lovely stay. A special shoutout to the staff who are very prompt and caring.

Location: The location feels very calm and peaceful surrounded by trees. The property itself is not beach facing but getting to the beach takes 5 mins by walk. Parking is at the resort and vehicle can be parked right next to your cottage. Rooms: Are clean and well maintained. We however had an issue with the TV not working. The cottages are completely made out of wood so may feel too warm inside during summers and have to rely on the AC. Food: Honestly we were not quite satisfied with the food at the resort because of the way it was cooked and how it tasted. Only starters are served at the cottage, for main course you need to go to the dining area. You can explore better lunch and dinner options else where around Kihim or Alibaug.

Casa de Kihim is one of the better options for a resort stay at Kihim. They have a large, well-maintained property and have chalet-styled cottages for accommodation. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Each room has a mini fridge, an electric kettle and a foldable clothes drying rack, which I felt was a very thoughtful inclusion given that it's a beach resort. The place is not on the beach front, but you can get to the beach in under 2 minutes from the back entrance of the resort. Plenty of parking space available too. While away your time on the hammocks listening to the chirping birds, or relax on the cute seating arrangements on the lawns. Little ones can enjoy the slides and swings in the tiny kids area. However, there will hardly be any breeze inside the premises as the place is surrounded with tall trees from almost all sides. The swimming pool is decent sized and clean. The staff is friendly and warm. They will try to accommodate any specific requests like extra linen, etc. Food quality was quite good. Keep in mind though that as they do not have a fully stocked kitchen, they will expect you to place your order a few hours in advance, so they can prepare food as per your order. Only starters are served in the rooms. For the main course, you have to go to the common dining hall. For breakfast they have a buffet, but options were very limited. Not sure if this is because it is included in the tariff. They will take omelette orders on the spot though. I found the rates reasonable as well, for the accommodation and the food. You get your money's worth. In summary, Casa de Kihim is a great option in Kihim for a resort stay with family or friends.

Stayed in room 3/4 on 19th - 21 May 23 check out. Place is so serene, peaceful and hygiene and clean. Staff are also welcoming. Food is cooked based on 3hrs prior order ..which is fresh and tasty. Breakfast could be improved and also paneer could be served with soft ones was a bit hard. Apart from that everything is nice

Nestled beautifully close to the sea, this place is ideal for a quick getaway. Ideally located both for enjoying an early morning sunrise on the beach to a quick hop over to Alibaug. The property is very well maintained and gives you a warm experience with great service and excellent amenities. People are very friendly and nice and you must experience the in house food to take back memories.

Value for mony. Nice stay. Good food. Cooperative staff. Personal proerty Very close to beach front. Free parking. Overall nice experience in what I paid for.

Wonderful place, Kihim beach is just 1 min walk away from the location. Cottages are awesome, we loved our stay and hospitality over here.
