We stayed here for 3 nights. The manager and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast in this hotel is superb. Lot of choice. The location is good with the Mall and restaurants nearby. Wardrobe and beds need to be refurbished. Certain TV channels should be given free like CNN and movie channels according to the guest choice.
A short vacation with my family to Bengaluru. The facilities were wonderful. The rooms were well maintained, the staff were courteous and polite. Excellent customer service. A good place to stay for business travel/vacations. Well connected to the city with plenty of amenities, eateries, fine dine restaurants and plenty of shopping spots within a 1 km radius.
Though the propertly is a bit pricey for the facilities they provide you still wont get dissappointed, since the staff are very polite and helpful, it is located is in a very safe, clean and calm location in Koramangala.Everything you need is avalable within a mile distance.If you are a fan of Turkish food defenitly you should try Kebapci right next to the hote
