Carvan Trips - Tour agency in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

We have visited Devkund Waterfall camping and trek by Carvan trips, and it was ridiculous and pathetic, and worst trip of my entire lifetime. Even if booked well in advance about 2 to 3 weeks, there was no arrangements at all. It went like we were not expected at the spot. Once I reached and call Carvan trip member, he said we will do arrangements in 1 Hr, but the arrangement seems so bad if was like adjustment done just besides well planned capming by some other compani. BBq was promised at 8, and served fried cheken at 12 by the name of BBQ. On the name of BBQ vej representative called me at 9:30 and said Panner is not available in market so will serve Tomoto and pottaato. And he served half cooked marinated which was not at all eatble. we got out dinner at 12:00. Reviewing campsite, we were provided one battery light with tent, and nothing else. Comparing with nearby camping arrangements by other compani, ours was just ontime adjustment made. with no ambiance no proper food no proper arrangements no proper site and not even on time water Jar. I request everyone who expecting a better camping, Don't ever go to Carvantrips, mumbai. They are really pathetic in terms of service.

Had the best time with caravan trips! The bondage I made with the ppl I met on this trip will last a long time! Am having withdrawal symptoms.. can't wait to go back again and meet new ppl with the amazingly enthusiastic , talented and helpful crew all over again! Thanks Caravan trips!

One of the best NYE spent.. Carvan trips really know what's needed.. the organizers were very helpful. Cheers to Sharad for his amazing voice and ally for hospitality. The team organized it very well.. looking forward to recommend :)

Our team had the worst experience with Caravan trip. Though we had paid the complete money - as requested by Caravan 2 weeks prior to our trip, but there was no arrangement made at all. It was really bad and awful - as they made us adjust everywhere, from the camping site to the food we were given to the way we were pushed to a corner during camping Really a horrible experience. And i will suggest Caravan trip team to take strict actions against the respective executives - Pratik Parmar for his faulty arrangement and rude attitude.

Have been with this group for treks, camping, and other adventure activities. The arrangements have always been superb and exclusive. I have personally gone for kalsubai trek, Harishchandragad trek, 2017 new years camping by the lake, 2018 new years camping by the beach and heritage cycling ride that ends with the beer. And last but not the least, these guys also arranged my honeymoon trip to maldives, all i had to do was to reach mumbai international airport, rest everything was taken care of. Thank you guys looking forward to explore more with you guys!!

I can never forget the new year we celebrated at the camp site with caravan trips. The food was awesome; tents perfect and the host Mr. Sharad Shah has some amazing vocal abilities. He sung songs all night through, the camp fire, the clean stary night sky, the prestine lake.. man I can go on and on. Keep it up man, I am your loyal customer for all your future trips. :)

Well Organised : I have done a couple of treks with these guys and they do a fabulous job with respect to co-ordination and timings. They were very well updated with the amount of time it takes to reach the base, to reach to the top and to come back. Accordingly they had arranged for the breakfast and lunch. They also shared the train/bus timings and provided information on the alternate means of public transport in the region along with costs. Very meticulously planned. Kudos to Caravan trips.

A very enthusiastic adventure travel company. They keep on coming up with interesting camping ideas at beautiful locations. I have done their new year's camping event twice and I loved the experience. Mr. Sharad shah who is the owner of the company himself looks into the arrangements and is very accommodative.
