Carpe Diem Stay - Hotel in Basavanahalli - Kodagu, India

We were four in number and occupied two rooms. Rooms are good spacious. Toilet was neat and clean. Beds cozy and was kept tidy. Hospitality is also good. You have nice mobile coverage. I was not happy about food and room service. Food was below average. The taste was not suiting our palate. I travel a lot and i have tried lots of local cuisines, for sure this was not acceptable. I expected filter coffee, i got instant coffee. Very poor room service. House keeping men disappear for long time. I wish if they had some engagement for the evening. Parking ample space is there. Location wise, the property is on the main road and well connected. There is nothing unique that i can pen down.

This is a good home stay. The rooms are big too. We took the deulexe room, it was so big. But the bathroom had little insects on the curtain and on the roof too. I found it not neat at all. The beds are nice. Everything thing is nice. Except the bathroom. The location is relaxing too. And the food they serve is really good too. It felt like eating at a home. Nice home stay.

Very beautiful scenic home stay. Rooms were specious and clean. Caretaker was very kind and helpful. For Breakfast we had local coorg breakfast Kodagu with chutney. It was delicious. Rest food is average. Go for local restaurants for food options. Das mess had delicious fish meals. It's a perfect stay for a family. They have ample parking space.

Awesome experience. Went to Carpe Diem Stay with family. We had a great time. Service and hospitality of Subramani Sir and ever smiling Simon touched our hearts. Carpe Diem Stay is very much true to its name. It just seized our day, made our day. Dubare elephant camp and Nisarga Dhama is very near and worth visiting. Will surely visit again with friends too

Nice ambience, nice place to stay , its not too far from the main road but it's ambience is quiet nice for relaxation. Staffs were good , their service made us feel like home. It's near to Dubbare.

Had a very peaceful and lovely stay to relax with family. We enjoyed the stay and ambiance a lot.

Beautiful place. The cottages had a old world feel. Everything was clean and kept prepared for us. The staff was very polite and friendly. The food option though limited was delicious and homely. It's great place to go with your friends and family to relax, spend some quality time and do local sight seeing.

It is perfect and awesome place to stay and enjoy the nature and home cooked food. Rooms were very specius and comfortable. Very nice property and we'll maintained. I loved the ambiance and i would highly recommend others too.
