Taste is good. But order takes a long time and they don't come to take the next order. I guess they need to learn how to handle the crowd. There are no tables where only two can sit. Even the guy at the counter didn't give the friendly look. Not sure whether he is the owner or not. They need to take care of hospitality and they should make the customers feel warmth. Price is also little high when compared to other nice restaurants.
Edit : still the service is worst. To bring one butter naan they took 30 minutes. So lethargic
The hotel has really good rooms, which are both hygienic and spacious. The staff was quite polite and helpful. They all were really friendly and made sure our trip was successful
COCKROACH IN BIRIYANI!
It's November 15,2023 3.30pm. There's a dead cockroach in my biriyani. I informed the server. Before I could take pic, he took the plate with him. Do not eat biriyani today.. Generally avoid eating here. It's not hygienic.
Good restaurant to bring your friends and family. No menu card available so it'll not be so difficult to choose your dish. Service is good and the food is not so bad. Pricing is on the medium scale. Parking space is not available. You need to find some space near the busy roads.
One of the worst restaurant regarding portion size . I never seen such a smaller portions in my life. Cheating bugers, chicken boneless 5 pieces 118 Rs,. Fish finger 168 four pieces.
I bought GOPI 65 parcel it took 30 minutes. I was told veg menus takes more time. Finally it was not worth for that waiting time. Cost was 105 rs. Soggy (cotaa cot). Will try non veg and provide my update.
Carnival is famous for its biriyani but now a days taste is not up to the level last two time i felt the same
Place: clean, air conditioned, lighting is normal
Quality: Very good (don't forget to try biryani, single biryani enough for a person)
Quantity: Less comparing to others
Service: good (we went during no crowd, hence we felt OK)
Rate: It may cost around 600 to 700 for 2 people (for a stomach full order)
They have equipped aquarium in every room which is looking beautiful. They take order for catering also.
