I simply cannot recommend this company more highly! My partner and I spent a week discovering Kerala with the help of Simon our driver, on a tour perfectly crafted and organised by Peter from Carnival Tours. Everything was perfectly well timed, with flexibility in case we needed to stop somewhere on the way. Simon was exceptionally punctual, very kind and helpful, and the tour guides we got to know along the way were fantastic and informative as well. We'd love to come back and spend more time discovering the region with Carnival Tours!

Kochi (colonial name Cochin) is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, hailed as 'God's Own Country'. Its strategic importance over the centuries is underlined by the sobriquet Queen of the Arabian Sea. Informally, Cochin is also referred to as the Gateway to Kerala. From time immemorial, the Arabs, British, Chinese, Dutch, and Portuguese have left indelible marks on the history and development of Cochin. Over the years, Cochin has emerged as the commercial and industrial capital of Kerala and is perhaps the second most important city on the west coast of India (after Mumbai/Bombay). Cochin is proud of its world class port and international airport that link it to many major cities worldwide. Tea Plantation This lovely seaside city is flanked by the Western Ghats on the east and the Arabian Sea on the west. But, Cochin has outgrown its original bounds and is now the general name given to much of the region adjoining the original town, which now includes Cochin, Fort Kochi, Mattanchery, Ernakulam and many other nearby towns and villages. Cochin is situated in Ernakulam district in the state of Kerala. Ernakulam is also the name of a town - the administrative capital of Ernakulam district - but, for all practical purposes Ernakulam and Cochin, generally, refer to the same place. Kochi is the arguably the ideal starting point for exploring the unfathomable diversity and beauty of Kerala, rated in the top three tourist destinations by the World Travel & Tourism Council and featured in National Geographic Traveler's '50 greatest places of a lifetime'. Carnival arranged my transport during a trip. Our driver Martin was safe, reliable, polite and helpful - not a single complaint. I had arranged the itinerary in advance so didn't need much help on that end but Peter provided a few suggestions for details I hadn't finalized and he was very quick to respond before and during the trip - all v stress free!

Charlie is incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. I always buy tickets from him when in Kochi He's a lovely person.

Une arrivee sur un bateau qui prevoyait 6h de visite mais finalement que 3h de navigation!!en effet les 3 heures correspondent a l'aller et au retour pour arriver au point de navigation !!!!! Le bateau est ridicule et le tarif exorbitant aux vues des prestations qui ne correspondent pas du tout aux photos du descriptif !!! Le patron au telephone me dit de faire une demande aupres de tripadvisor pour etre rembourse !! C'est fait et tripadvisor ne veut pas rembourser soit 125 EUR de perdu !! Le mieux est de se rendre sur place et de partir directement les prestations sont bien mieux qu'en ligne et bien bien moins cheres !!! Cette agence est une veritable arnaque et malhonnete puisque je ne suis pas remboursee

We just had the most wonderful tour in Kerala with Carnival. We booked directly with Peter and the whole experience was professional, thoughtful and seamless. Our driver Biju, the local guides, Peter, the hotels and experiences were faultless and much appreciated when in a different country. Kerala is the most beautiful place and We can't reccommend any holiday company more highly than Carnival. Thank you all.

We did a 3-night tour with carnival tours, with two nights stay at Dewalokam and one night on a house boat. Both are very good experience! Our stay at Dewalokam is one of the highlights of our 10-day southern India vacation. Our correspondence with Peter during the booking was easy. He responded quickly and answered our questions precisely. Our driver Babu is professional and polite (with somewhat of a strange braking that makes me a bit motion sick). Overall good experience and I won't hesitate to recommend Carinval Tours.
