Love this place large screens,overall ambiance and seating of the theatre is very comfortable and good.Picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is really nice.
One of the best multiplex in kodungalur and carnival cinemas too. While comparing with angamaly carnival it's far far better. I like the sound system and the AC more. The unique thing that i felt, what ever the time or day or seat the pricing is uniform while comparing with the other multiplexes.
Movie experience was satisfactory but customer service remains and seems to be one of the worst comparing any multiplex The online booking counter remains empty without staff all day. Even after booking a ticket online the customers have to wait in the queue to get printed tickets ... Which means wastage of convenience fee which is been taken from the customers during online booking
Nice ambience. Nice seating, nice snacks and service. Well placed in the heart of Kodungallur town in Mughal mall.
Not a big quality of watching experience .but this carnival entertainments is easily accesible in kodungallur. And they have parking and food court facilities even though quite expensive. Have travelled the length and breadth of our country watching movies... Shud say, this is the worst I have experienced in almost every angle... Right from the atrocious behaviour of the security at the parking lot to the quality of the screen... High time the Carnival people think of closing down this and spare the investment in some better ventures... Atleast they can save their brand name....
Hospitaality is poor. They dosent allow any kind of food includes soft drinks from out side. But in the cab they are selling those products in 200%-250% extra from the market rate.. they dosent provide any kind of power support for charging the mobile etc
