Good atmosphere, chargeable parking lot at downstairs street of building. Sound quality is quite low & the seats are also short and uncomfortable and in a very bad conditions. The lifts are not properly functional, the washrooms are not properly cleaned, the halls are filled with food smells coming from in-theatre outlets and banquet hall placed right down below. Entry to hall difficult to climb for old age and physically challenge peoples ( No lift, you have to take stairs The good part is the deal that you get for Gold seats (Rs. 150) for weekdays. Screen is relatively good.They serves good non veg food items like burger, pizza, fries with a reasonable price of Rs.150 one can definitely try those food items.

I remember I used to go there when I was in college when the ticket of the morning show was just 90 bucks because that was the most affordable option. But now that I'm in my 30s, I can notice that this theatre is dead beat. And very sadly so. The food items on display would kill your appetite, they are understaffed most of the time and even the staff don't seem like they know the processes around for a quick service. I went there thrice of late and all three times one of the machines was not working. If you just want to catch a late-night movie, it's fine I guess, but if you want a decent evening experience, don't go for it.

Carnival Cinemas is struggling to survive.Did not notice good numbers of patrons who have come to watch.The ticket counter only accepts cash in this day & age. The cinema hall though looking superficially clean,had an unmistakable smell of rat urine.Owners should take note.I can understand that running movie theatres have become difficult in recent times.

It's great theatre but the sound system could be better. The seats are cozy.

It's a good place to watch any movie at a decent price. If you're are coming from outside of the Saltlake, then direct auto from Bidhannagar is available. It has felt like I've visited the mini version of PVR cinemas.

Very good place. Very good ambience. Good picture quality. Sound quality is good. very nice behaviour of hall staffs. It is located near census building saltlake. Here you can get many things like food and a shopping mall. Please do visit and enjoy your day.

Horrible place. No parking available. POS/ card service was not working had to pay in cash. Individual small bucket of popcorn was not available. We had to take big one. AC was off , after telling them they turn on
