The unprofessional and rude behavior of the nursing staffs, coupled with the significant delays and lack of proper care in the emergency department, is deeply concerning. Waiting for over 25 to 30 minutes without being noticed, while nurses were engaged in casual conversations, is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, leaving a patient unattended after an injection, leading to complications like backflow of blood, reflects a serious lapse in their duty of care. It's important that hospitals maintain high standards of professionalism and patient care. Being a doctor myself if I had to go through this pathetic service , I'm afraid of the common people's condition out there . I need the management to take strict action against the same or else, we will have to step in. Thanks

Casuality fee higher than multi speciality hospitals like Rajagiri.Facility they provide is not worth. Some of senior nurses are very rude in behaviour.

Great hospital for orthopaedic treatment. Emergency treatment rooms are working 24/7. Good hospital. The interior was clean and well maintained. Parking space is limited.

No availability of enough doctors. If a gynecologist is engaged in operation theatre, there should be someone who parallelly attend the patients in queue. There are lots of pregnant women, patiently waiting for the doctor for hours. For non pregnancy gynec related needs, it is necessary to appoint a doctor to avoid long queues. The long wait infront of the pharmacy is also has to be taken care. It is not necessary to assist the patients to the pharmacy even if they are willing to get the medicine from outside with doctors prescription.

An old hospital in Aluva and they are in a process of renovation. I believe the hospital is existing because of only few doctors from Gynecology and Pediatrics since i've never seen any peoples for other specialist. I've also heard this from the local peoples there. Hospital was not a hygienic place and the IP rooms are in very bad condition with some bad smells and insects coming from outside via the air went in bathroom. I've reported it to cleaning authority and they said it is usual there. Also the billing system is very poor as every time the values in the bill was not clear and paper quality was too bad. Dont know when they will throw out these old dot matrix printers. Another concern is regarding the payment method, we should carry enough money in cash to pay the bills. Every time i asked i received the same reply from the cashier that the POS machine is not working. Hope they will fix these issues soon. NB: I dont have any bad experience with their staffs. As all the staffs having good attitude to patients. Especially there is gynecologist Prema George who is well mannered and get detailing all her patience.

Staff named manjusha PT in the billing section behaved very rudely. Also she took 620 rps intsead of 602.very careless lady.

Very poor and bad services... Provided by the hospital... I am totally disappointed at my delivery period... Very poor and unsatisfied experience with the doctors and nurses...

I want to give zero Star... this hospital is very worst and bad behaviour of staffs and nurs.. also expensive.please don't go there this hospital is worst.
