it is very horrible. they are giving very unprofessional and poor service. I request to all please never go there, don't waste your money . I think a barber who is sitting under the tree will provide you better service more then this. I will come back soon personally . And wana meet the owner. You are changing 18%GST + charge I have paid 1800. Will show you invoice at your saloon. You have very untrained staff for men.

Very bad service, poor and unprofessional behavior of staffs, gents section staff in particular, rates charged are not as per their applicable standard rate chart. I had to pay a hefty amount without any justification from them.

Horrible service, untrained staff, very bad behaviour of staff they even don't ask the customer before haircut. I personally recommend everyone not to visit this place. They make people looks horrible.

I had taken haircut & hair spa today. It's ok for haircut or beard only. But He is not at all having experience about hairspa. Hope next time will found some experience Therapist.

Balurghat Habib employees are inexperienced except one Nepali guy. Very unsatisfied with the pedicure and manicure service.

The stylist man are not good, I went for a best hair cut but he wanted finish early. I think he is not experience anough. His hair cut equal 50 rupees hair cut in local saloon. Very bad experience.
