This hospital is part of the main Caritas hospital in Thellakom, Kottayam. Doctors' consultation available for most specialists However facilities are extremely limited especially the casuality. Nursing care too is surprisingly below par, to the extent, persons admitted in casualty require bystander near them to take care of their basic requirements and update the doctor about any issues. This hospital may be OK for generally healthy patients, facing basic health issues. From personal experience, absolutely not recommended for ppl with major /serious med issues especially the old. This facility also demands a good hospital administrator who can deal efficiently with lethargic/ casual staff...
