Dr. Sonali Gupta is the only reason i went there for my delivery n had normal delivery.. .she is very skilled ,very polite and explain every concern very well.. hospital management/service need some improvement..since conceive to delivery everytime sonali mam guided like a true mentor...mam please continue ur service this way only..ur best... Got my delivery done here by Dr Sonali Gupta. She is a very skilled doctor and handled my emergency situation very well. All the doctors and staff are helpful and cooperative and took very good care till the time I was in hospital.

It's a very low catagory hospital. Unnecessary charging without giving details. Cashier not in a position to explain why the amount is being asking from patients. 4th stories building but no lift for shifting of patients. Surprise how they got permission from government. All unethical practices is being adopted by hospital. What government is doing.

The Hospital staff is very slow. No time maintainance. They make patients wait for long Toilets are dirty. Mosquitoes party day and night. No food for the patients And they loot in the name of package payment. Worst experience in the hospital.

I did my ACL surgery done there by Dr.Arvind Prasad sir..i was a little concerned about cleanliness and hygiene but i had a very wonderful experience..the staff were very understanding, well behaved and skilled..and most of all the management officer Mr. Pawan tiwari has a wonderful managing skills..Given any suggestions he looks after them personally and is very polite and humble by nature..the doctors are very experienced and the service is also very fine..and to add the hospital is not so expensive as well its pocket friendly.. I stayed there for 4 days and had my operation on 22nd may 2022..

Doctors are good but facilities and cleanliness levels are at worst level; equipments and furniture fixtures seem to be taken from kabari;
