This clinic has become like our family clinic, we have been using Dr Rajesh and Dr Pavani's service from 2006 /2007 ( for my late father). My 3 year old son has benefitted from their treatment after his elbow surgery. I appreciate Dr Pavani Madam's care and patience while dealing with young children , adults and elderly people. I am writing my experience after completing a 1-month journey with skilled, practiced, and expert staff at Care Phytotherapy. One month back, I walked into this facility as a sufferer of frozen shoulder. Today I walked out as a wholesome man. It happened only because of the care I received at Care Physiotherapy. Just having experience and knowledge is not sufficient to treat patients. Besides, care and patience are a must. The facility is super clean, I felt like I was getting treatment at my own home. I was suffering from Chronic Shoulder pain for about 7 years, visited three different Orthopedic doctors and 4 different Physiotherapists, no one, literally no one figured out what the problem was, each one of them suggested some exercises and physiotherapy sessions, at some point of time I was literally wearing those Kinesiology tape to my shoulder for shoulder mobility. Since about a month or so the pain started to worsen. Then came to know about Dr. Rajesh and visited him at his Guntur clinic, He was attentive and asked about when and how the pain started, I couldn't even lift my shoulder when he asked me to. He figured out the root cause of the shoulder pain within no time, he started his treatment, few minutes after that, I had this huge smile on my face, the pain was gone and the shoulder mobility increased. He advised few exercises for strengthening the shoulder. After conversing with Dr. Rajesh, I understood he is really good at his work and knows what he is doing. His knowledge on Pain Management, Joint Mobilization, and Acupuncture is vast. I would recommend Dr. Rajesh to anybody who is looking for a physio treatment.

Absolutely best clinic . I was suffering with lower back pain with spine stiffness causing extreme pain throughout the day and nights. Dr Yashwanth referred this clinic. During the consultation Dr Rajesh garu had listened patiently and thoroughly explained the reasons for the pain and the insights are nicely conveyed. Dr Rajesh, Dr Pavani and their team are very professional, hard working with lots of knowledge and experience who seems to enjoy treating and fixing people. Here the technology is far advanced and clinic is very hygienic with ambient environment. Each and everyday the doctors asked how i felt after the treatment and accordingly they analyse and improvise protocols for treatment which needs lot of time and efforts. They really brought a huge improvement in my condition within a month and after 80 days i am pain free now. Special mentions to pavani mam for her kind words and her positive radiant aura makes the doctor patient interaction very friendly. The best clinic with the best doctors. Generally i never had seen such a sophisticated clinic purely for physiotherapy... And about Dr Rajesh, a master in physiotherapy and few painful cases which culd not be cured by ortho or physicians were easily cured with smile and no recurrance of pain after some point of time...
