Customer service was good n doctor appointment was on time ,no delay nothing like that. It's neat n nice .
Dr. Prameela is a wonderful GP. Soft spoken efficient and quick to get to the issue. Her prescription is found to be effective and she discusses the problem with her patients. She's been rendering her services at this clinic for quite a while and has a long list of happy and loyal patients. She is available twice a day at her allotted time and her patients wouldn't mind the slight wait to see her.
Staff behaviour is very bad.
Waiting time GOD knows. There is no appointment schedule for consultation.
Even if you will ask to FOE, he/she will not give any expected time also.
To take one injection also you will have to wait 30 mins.
Administration and Customer Service is very poor.
I don't think that it is managed by Care Hospitals, Banjara Hills. It may be as franchise model and loosing faith of Hospital service.

We were looking for General Physician in the area for a while and CARE Multi-Speciality was right there. Had a very nice first time experience with Dr. Prameela. Her diagnosis was good and the explanation was satisfying. I would recommend her for general health issues.
Most unethical clinic in town. No social responsibility. Out to make money from distracted treatment. Only goal of the clinic is to send people to Banjara hills emergency ward. Even the staff is insensitive and rude. Doctors come 1 hr late but even the suffering patients are not expected to be a minute late. A big NO to anyone who expecting any care from them.
Best super specialty clinic at Srinagar colony. Had visited the clinic and found out to be best. the staff and doctors are very friendly. Best clinic . So I recommend everyone to visit there for medical need.

Pathetic service this is the 2 nd worst experience in the clinic. Swipe machine was not working, bladdy they asked me to get cash and I went walking 1 km to get cash.
