Poorly maintained. A twin sharing room for 4900/- is a joke here. Nothing provided for attendees....just a bed for namesake without any bed sheets. Usually for this price you spent they will provide basic things as tv,phone,water,soap, hand scrub etc.....out here don't expect anything. You have to wait at least 10-15 mins for the lift. No ventilation in the rooms that patients with breathing issues will have a hard time. Windows are screwed up permanently - you cannot open. Everything is outdated and not worth it for your hard earned money. Please prefer going to Apollo/medicover/pinnacle if you're expecting proper services for every penny. I don't recommend admitting here. Those great days of care are gone and it's High time to upgrade or shut the hospital. With complete disappointment, Vishnu

My father-in-law joined a treatment, Doctor,staff and all are good and 2nd floor coordinator Rama Krishna garu good friendly nature all time he is supported overall all my experience is very good,4/5 my rating.

With my current stay at the Hospital for my dad's treatment, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the maintenance of the rooms. While I appreciate the medical care provided, I must bring to your attention some concerns I encountered during my stay. The condition of the rooms, particularly the presence of cracked walls, dampness, roaches and disposal of trash is disheartening. The cracked walls not only compromised the aesthetics but also raised questions about the overall upkeep of the facility. The dampness issue could potentially lead to health concerns for patients, and the presence of roaches is certainly not conducive to a healing environment. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining a high standard of patient care.

It is a good hospital when it comes to patients health. Doctors and staff are "Caring" synonymous to the hospital name. Kodos to the team. Right from the physicians to the nurses to the support and administrative staff all are well informed and try their best to do the jobs. Special mention to Aruna and Durga-provide food to the IPD patients with asmile on their face. Their smile seems like a rejuvenation of hope to the patients. Having said this, there are few things that can be better. 1. Cleanliness- a lot of it depends on the crowd though. It's is not possible for the hospital to have it ambient if the patients and caregiverss are ignorant and create filth. 2.inpatient admission- were at this hospital for 9 days and i saw 2 women being admitted into the male ward. It causes inconvenience to male patients as well as the female patient and their caregivers/attendants. 3. Pharmacy - a lot many basic medicines and associated stuff (e.g. sanitizers) are not present at the store. If they are stocked out it ll take along time before they are replenished. So ideally if you are in search of a medicine do not assume that u ll find it there. Don't take it as a general walk-in pharmacy. Medicines prescribed by in-house physicians are ONLY available that too not always. 4. Canteen: a lot can be done around hospital canteen. The patient care-givers have very less options. The above feedback was shared with the admin at the time of discharge. I hope it shall help the hospital to do better in future. Thank you care hospital!

It is a very good hospital. Doctors,nurses and staff are very efficient and caring who took very good care to the patients in ICU. Staff are extremely polite and are also there whenever the patient is in need. Though the hospital is very crowded with patients and their attendants it is very well maintained with clean and hygiene. Second floor PRE Rama Krishna garu helped a lot while arranging room and also during discharge time.

I strongly recommend this hospital for every one , the staff was very friendly in nature,they took care of me very well ,the floor incharge ram Krishna was was very responsible and took care of mee , maintenance of hospital was very good neat clean,so I suggested this is best hospital

The worst hospital in Vizag, I dont know about the other chains of CARE hospital but my experience at CARE hospital Ramnagar, vizag was worst. Very poor response from the doctors, the staff and nursing care is much better than doctors in this hospital. Doctors here are very arrogant, I know the doctors in INDIA are quite busy because of several reasons but the patient under their control is their responsibility to spend some time, I mean its part of their job to do so.., there should be an attendant 24/7 even if the patient is in ICU. They dont care about the treatment method even if the patient is in ICU for months. No time punctuality for the doctors - the attendant at the hospital never know the exact time of the doctors consulting hours, we just need to wait for hours and then the time doctors spent with us is very limited to explain about the patient condition. Doctors just dont care about the time spent by attendants at the hospital, they just spend 2,3 mins time and run to the next patient. Infrastructure : The hospital infa is quite poor because the construction of the building was too old, the maintenance and atmosphere of the building is too bad, they use the same elevator for the patients and the visitors. Even for the patient in ICU they use the same elevator to move the patient because their CT scan is on ground floor and the ICU is on 3rd floor. Hygiene's : Not at all followed because its the same elevator for visitors, staff, cleaning staff, to move the patients, to move the dustbins, even the used cotton and cloths of the patients (disposal of trash). but yes, there is a separate elevator only for doctors, why ? because doctors dont have enough time to wait then it comes Hygiene vs Doctors time. Doctors response : As I wrote above, if the doctors response is good then we can compromise on the other things and facilities but sadly every thing is worst here. Doctors timings : We never know, we just need to wait for hours for 2,3 mins of valuable doctors time, I feel like only doctors time is valuable here rest all they don't care. Cost of treatment : If you are a normal or middle class person, forgot about this hospital name. They charge a lot, even after paying a lot of money you dont see good results in the treatment and even the hospital ambience is not the wort for the money you pay. Other private hospitals are far better for the same or less cost. Overall, my experience at this hospital is not good so I dont recommend any of my known people for this hospital. CARE - they just dont CARE.
