Pathetic maintenance of the rooms. They call themselves as professionals but they are far from is what you'll experience. private shared rooms look very badly maintained. There are blood stains on curtains, the bedsheets are not cleaned properly. It feels like you come with one issue and while leaving get another disease and go. Doctors may be good and may be nurses as well. But the administration staff looks unprofessional, they take their own sweet time to do things. Even security people behavior is not good.

Dont recommend any one to come here We paid almost 3 lakhs after all the patient is still in the same position. On the same day many people facing the same issue with 6.45lakhs of amount and for fever they chargerd 75k for person.

Furthermore, I encountered some nurses who were not only unhelpful but also spoke aggressively. Patients should feel comfortable and supported during their hospital stay, and the behavior of some of the nursing staff did not contribute to this experience. I hope the hospital administration takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall patient experience. Healthcare institutions should prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their patients, and I believe there is room for significant improvement in this regard at Care Hospital in Malakpet.

Definitely recommendable Nursing services are too good . ER staff sis arpitha has taken care of me well . Sis Mousumi in 3rd floor has worked very active in night shift . Thnks to the management for always for providing information when ever we had concerns

I went hear for Breathing issues But i was disappoint Bad experience because medicine are not available in pharmacy. And pulmanology doctor has no manners to talk with patient.and he has no idea of medicines amount or test amount .2000 amount medicine charge he says 500 amount. even for the further examination also he says like that also..and rest of the services is good.
