I don't know why u people are running such health insurance companies. Persons taking claim form on office dnt respond properly and dnt pick up calls too. V have to hit the walls only taking health insurance. Hypertension is not a disease and it is a condition raise in blood pressure when in stress and tension. Showing that as a reason for rejection of insurance is a blunder. This shows ur intention towards the people bearing the policy from u. And moreover the treatment what I have undergone is not related to hypertension also. There is no correlation with the surgery what have I underwent. This is not the proper way to intimate me. Worst ever found insurance company which has no cashless options in any hospitals. And if it there in few, u reject the claim for silly reasons. Ur getting 15000 for 7 lak insurance and rejecting for no reason. U have been searching for reasons since a month, that's y delay in process too. Grabbing hard owned money of people. Good keep it up.
Customer Service is worst in care health, i called Nungambakkam branch Kalaiselvan he answered first time then he never picked my calls. I just want a clarification about the insurance policy.
