Care Global care - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

It was pretty good experience actually I went there for a essay competition so I have not much knowledge about rooms but food always amazing and service was also great l. But one thing I want to add is that washroom service was not that good it was clean but there was some bad smell coming from it. By the way eve was so good as expected. That's all from my side!! Enjoy your vacation!!!

Worst property to stay at Lucknow. Management worst. I have booked 9 executive rooms as an arrangement of stay for my guests. Out of 9, 4 rooms allotted were in bad condition. With unbearable foul smells and over flowing wash room. One room was under construction. See the state of affairs, the person allotting the room even did not know that room is under construction and have allotted. We have to suffer a lot as guests entered the room in late night and we could know the fault in the night. No compensation, nothing. Never book rooms where hospitality is ignored which is it's core area

Writing an honest review of this place would be waste of time. This places is not worth reviewing. Owners and management of this place should be humiliated in public for offering such place. This property is probably meant for low income group (LIG).Dirt party hall, tasteless and unhygienic food, broken and dirty bathrooms are few of the highlights of this place. BE AWARE!!! Any decent family should stay away from this property. I am ashamed of visiting this property with my family and friends.

Good banquet hall for marriage and functions. Rooms are not that good. Food and service are good but you will have to keep an eye on the waiters to make them work properly.

Excellent staff management.. food is also good.. staff was co-operative.. happy staying at the hotel.I had my engagement party at Hotel De Global Park and let me tell you everybody fell in love with the hall. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the decor was so lush and elegant. People will not stop telling me how gorgeous everything was. Thank you Hotel De Global Park for making my occasion so beautiful and fun!!!! I will definitely be having more parties here to come!!!

I booked the hall for engagement ceremony and had very high expectations but was sadly disappointed. Let me first address the one good thing which the food. It was tasty and everyone liked it. Now the bad parts - my function started at 12 noon and the person we were coordinating with since the beginning wasn't there until 12:45 and we kept trying to reach him but was able to connect only when he reached the venue. They wanted every last penny before the function started ofcourse so that we couldn't deduct anything for their incompetence. The washrooms in the hall were dirty and so many of our guests couldn't use them. They were going to the ones attached to the rooms we booked on the second floor. Then, the temperature control was really bad. I was sweating the entire time and my pictures are spoilt because of that. They did kept a cooler near the stage but hey I payed for an air conditioned hall. Overall I think the person who has accepted the booking should be on their toes along with the family to check if everything is in place, everything is good but that was completely lacking. I don't recommend this place for functions till they improve their services.

Staff is so bad...unmanned.totally disgusting place.never do any type of event here.

I went their for booking, they served me pizza and delicious food for testing and their new hall is amazing I have made a wedding booking for November month. I am happy and satisfied with it
