Worst hospital ever seen. Do Not Admit Your Near & Dear Ones. They are rude, they can't even put injection to the patients, they pierce here and there abruptly like a novice to make channels to inject medicine. The doctors' don't have any particular visiting hours, the doctor's don't talk to the patient party......very bad hospital......don't admit your near and dear one, don't admit anyone here.

One of the best hospital so far in Hooghly district with services, treatment, OT and behaviour. Comfortable atmosphere and not at all as professional but very friendly staffs. Excellent doctors support at all time with very fast process in documents and the hospital is growing more at present.

Do not ever admit your belonging one's into this nursing home. They are just money sucking leeches. At the end of the day, they will just give bills by adding some fake information to increase the bill amount. We need "Gabbar" for this third class care concern nursing home.

Very bad service, pathetic doctors, nurses and attendants. My husband was admitted and they were not even able to provide the urine pot at a time in need, he had to do it jn the bed and nobody even noticed for an hour. They are serving Jhuri Bhaja for evening snacks in hospital to 60 and 70 year old patients. They mentioned my husband can't be operated and we got him Bangalore, and he's absolutely fine now.

Today I discharge my mother from this hospital.Then overall service of this hospital is excellent.Doctors,nurses and office staff's very much co- oprative Special thanks to Dr.Saptarshi Mukherjee for his excellent treatment.I really feel happy to discharge my mother from this hospital.

Extremely bad service. Even though my wife was eligible for AC cabin with her policy, they will try to first accommodate in C-03 cabin. It is extremely small with AC overhead. The nurses are illiterate and will ask you to turn off AC although outside it is 42 degrees. The plasters are falling off, tiles are broken. There is a desperate need for good hospital in this sub division. There is a scam wherein you need to pay in cash to the doctor for which neither bill is provided nor that is included in the cashless mediclaim. Overall very poor, unhygienic and not for patients who can afford better hospital.

One of the worst experiences with this hospital, extremely shabby, poor service but number one in fleecing money from patients... absolutely NO

Cabin attendants did not follow up properly. Didn't give the welcome kit after asking, gave the day to come home. And didn't wash the baby's use items even after asking to clean them. Doctor was very good
