Good canteen ,well prepared food, excellent staff, Sukhdev Rathore has very polite behaviour and fast services and maintaining required hygienic condition .

It was a very bad experience. The staff was not at all supportive. Had to ask many times for cleanliness. The people at the cash counter also do not give correct information. Ask anyone anything and they don't know. They tell you to go within 7 days. Only & special NICU Dr. And all team refuses to check, asks for OPD fees, I have had a very bad experience, go only if there is compulsion.

We got everything taken care by great support. All staff was great and we are leaving with healthy and happy patient. However Mediclaim procedure is really a headache. Prepare yourself for 5-6 hour Hassel for this.

I am savita Sharma from ujjain (M P ) My husband Mr Vinod Kumar Sharma had severe pain since 4 to 5 years and treaded to 3 to 4 Doctor but not response from medication and then consulted to Dr vinay tantuway sir suggested for total knee replacement and he explained about total knee replacement surgery in detail and my elder brother D.K. sharma already treated for knee replacement surgery before 2 month now I am walking with support of Walker and do my self work and I thank to dr vinay tantuway sir and their team support..

Disgusting, Disappointing and Demanding. My wife was admited for the pregnancy, we opted for deluxe rooms, they didn't had that at that time, waited for 3 hours post surgery to get a room, then after been shifted, no staff was acting responsibly, on bell rings you will get only cleaning staff. No updates on baby for next 4-5 hours. Claim amount refund team is sleeping, they will make you follow up for 15-20 days after 45 days to get your initial amounts in insurances. Don't fall for name. Chl care is no more the same care it was before. Opt for alternatives.

Doctors are very good but the hospital is poor. Very congested space, service is poor. Too much rush and management is also poor. No parking space. You have to park at a different location. In terms of advance machines and expert doctors I'll appreciate the hospital and they are quick in providing the reports too. I won't suggest someone to get admitted to the hospital as the rooms are very small and service is poor. Even for the general checkup and tests it will take you around 1 hour.

Doctors are very good and clear. Diagnosis is very good. Discharge process is not complicated. Food quality is very good. Nursing is cooperative. Communication from outside the hospital is not proper.
