One of my favourite cafes in C-scheme is Carbon. I instantly fell in love with their dark aesthetic and how they really stuck to it. The walls are adorned with black textured finishes, evoking a sense of depth and sophistication. I love how they a variety of funky coffee options. We got the whiskey cold brew, vanilla strawberry iced latte and tropical breeze. And they both were amazing! The cold brew wasn't overpowering and had the perfect hints of whiskey. The latte had a natural sweetness of the strawberries which complemented the creaminess of the vanilla and milk, striking a perfect balance. I love coffee but the tropical breeze mocktail is my favourite. The drink gives you taste of all the ingredients and is a party for your taste buds! It was such a treat! For food, the bagels tasted blissful. They were very generous with the cream cheese and fries! Bagels were not to crunchy and each bite was blissful. However, I wish they had more flavour to the kimchi sauce as the cream cheese can be overpowering. Overall we had a great experience in Carbon and definitely will visit again. P.S. They also have good seatings and offers a good place to work!

It was an absolute delight to check out this place for lunch. I'm a non vegetarian so I was surprised how well the Bagel platter tasted and especially the dessert which was the best Cheesecake I've had in ages. Staff was very helpful and looked after me and recommend the amazing mocktail which worked well with my food. Will come back here for sure.

The best coffee I have had in Jaipur. Unlike other places their food menu is limited and they seriously focus on the coffee. Tried their cappuccino, latte, espresso orange and espresso honey, all were great. Can't say much about the food, but we liked the tartine with mushroom and the one with avocado and the truffle fries. Great interior design and nice service. Will miss their coffee.

A good and Aesthetic place to hangout with friends and family. Have many beverage and food options. Taste is good and price is affordable. Good coffee options in C-scheme. Will surely visit again. Also I really liked how they decorated the place.

The best, coffee bar in jaipur. You can blindly trust this place, for the yum coffees and food! Great service, a different ambiance that grows on you. Rose lavender latte is a must try! So are the croffles! Do visit and feel the vibe!
