Worst gym ever i spent almost 12k for 3 months with no result. Zero % satisfaction . If u know the exercise then u may go but don't take PT because they don't know how to train people. For PT they are not qualified at all trust me they don't know how to make diet chart even though don't know which exercise is more effective PT doesn't have any knowledge about the exercise. I literally did several follow ups for my diet chart even though without knowing my health issue he gave me google wala copy paste diet chart. No exercise schedule. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. A-lot to say about it but I don't want to waste my words anymore. The review is for - Joramandir branch. Guys just for a less money don't go to this gym just don't they are worst even more worst.
Pankaj is the most annoying and rude behaved trainer of this gym. So much attitude for what? If you ask him to show any exercise, he throws taunts and doesn't even correct you if you are doing an exercise wrong. Just because you're not my personal trainer doesn't mean you can not show us the basic exercises. I was thinking of joining back but won't until he leaves!
