Worst customer experience. I had to wait almost half an hour in the showroom to get my diamond ring which was ordered a week back. Also, They just give a print out certifying the purity of the diamond. You will get an email copy of the same as well. I was a bit surprised and asked that anybody can take a printout like this. Normally jewelry shops give a card stating the quality of the diamonds. But his reply was Caratlane has stopped giving such cards. For making the balance amount, they said UPI is not working at the moment. Credit card tap facility also is not there. Worst showroom experience.....
