I have visited The CaratLane Panjim Store a couple of times.. I was very happy to see that the staff there was extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. I must say they exhibited patience of extra ordinary level as selection and purchase of jewellery is painstaking and time-consuming process... The Team At Panjim Outlet also recently facilitated a Selection, Purchase, and Delivery of a gift without me actually being present at the store. I had a brilliant experience at the panjim store, I requested for a design that wasn't available at the store, on receiving the same, the store promptly updated me through a phone call & WhatsApp, and helped me seamlessly complete my purchase. A few days after my purchase, the store was running an additional 5% discount through an SBI card, I got my item returns back & re purchased the item to avail the additionals discount. They were so helpful & swift in helping me avail the additional discount. Just a brilliant buying experience with kind, helpful staff through all touch points.
