My Google Review # 000281. Visited this store last week to get my kid's ear piercing done. The entire staff handled such a cute customer very carefully. VAIBHAV did the piercing activity and took all necessary precautions - like sanitizing the hands, wearing gloves, getting the gun calibrated properly and showing the one-time used needles to us. The sales executive - DANIYAL also elaborately explained the procedure, the cost and the breakup of the gold studs that would be used in this process. My kid got anxious - obviously - and even cried a bit, but I must say - that the staff made it a happy experience for her as well as for all us. The piercing was done seamlessly and the wait time was around 20mins.They also gave a medicine to apply for the next 7 days and advised on using home remedies. The USP was the gift box which had chocolates, an appreciation card, and a photo of my kid post piercing! She was happy and surprised to see this. And I was happy to see the kid happy. A small gesture like this makes the event memorable. This is what makes a brand stand out from the herd. This is what makes the customers come again and again. The store also has on display their famous HARRY POTTER collection of jewellery for kids, which is delight to see itself. Date of Experience: February 2023.
